Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Will have three 8 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China.

Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.

Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario.

Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard.

Will travel within and across the region.

Qualifications/Requirements

2012 fresh bachelor/master graduates with major in Medical science, Engineering, Biomedical engineering, and commercial.

Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.

Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.

Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential.

Fluent in English.

高效地准备和安排工作来完成调试和准时出席现场服务。

快速、准确的回答客户对技术方面的疑问。

主要职责:

调试设备、安装监督、维护公司电力设备（驱动器、变压器）和金属、风力自动控制系统，能够解决客户在使用我公司设备时所遇到的问题。

现场系统操作、维护训练和高级应用程序的。能够为贯彻劳务合同而提供些帮助。

对客户有关技术方面的疑问作出回答。

经常性访问顾客，促进售后服务，发展和维护良好的客户关系。

工作资格要求：

对电动机和电力电子技术知识的熟练掌握，能够熟练操作自动控制系统。

愿意到国内外出差，甚至是一接到通知就要出发的紧急出差。

有高度的主动性和积极性，有良好的沟通技能。

能比较流利地用英语沟通（包括口语和书写）。

能够并愿意独立工作，在最少的监督下完成多样的工作。

证明自己有高度的专业道德和诚实品质。

学历、培训、经历：

拥有电力学或自动化的学士、硕士学位。

As Commercial Trainee you will be offered several assignments during the program period in multiple locations

3.1.2 校招岗位对比

一般大公司喜欢招揽各专业人才，以满足不同岗位的需求，通用电气也是这样，由于其业务范围非常广，还会招聘医学类等岗位。

招聘地点集中于沿海地区，几乎从南到北沿海线都有宣讲会，在这些地方宣讲会也较多，因此这些地方的同学们也有相当多的机会去中兴工作，也省去了车马之劳，应聘成本很低。通用电气在其他地方也会举办少数的宣讲会，但很少。

作为一家跨国公司，企业对应聘者的英语能力要求很高，要求听说读写能力很高，以适应可能的出国工作环境，即使是在中国工作，工作同事也说来自全国各地。

对应聘者学历要求很高，毕业院校一般要求是重点大学毕业。本科毕业生虽然也要，但更喜欢更高学历的硕士研究生。GE有时候会要求要一定的项目实习经历。

该公司招聘时间集中在大四下学期末，时间很集中，上学期没找到工作的同学可以好好利用这个机会。

该公司还提供了丰富的实习岗位，实际上实习岗位可以接触到相关的全部职责，因此有机会的话一定要去该公司实习，对于应聘特别有帮助。实习地点也广泛分布于全国各大城市，可以学到很多知识。几乎全年各大部门都会招聘实习生，但是要求实习时间一般都比较长，至少半年。
