Here is what we are looking for:

Smart and fun!

Great coding skills – Java and/or C/C++. Ability to know when to use LISP, Erlang, Ruby, or Python preferred

Expertise in data structures and algorithms – when you would use hash tables vs. arrays vs. trees

Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly

Want to own it all: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and operational support

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline

Previous technical internship preferred

Strong verbal and written English skills preferred
