北京电通2013实习生计划
北京电通广告有限公司为了给中国广告业培养合格人才、加强与中国广告学界的联系与合作,同时为了吸引更多优秀的毕业生加入北京电通广告有限公司,北京电通媒介统括中心和电通传媒于2010年10月起发起实习生制度,先后与中国传媒大学、清华大学、北京大学、中国人民大学、暨南大学、山东大学的广告学院或者新闻学院建立了紧密的联系。先后接收了中国传媒大学、清华大学、北京大学、中国人民大学、南昌大学等高校相关专业即将毕业的大学生和研究生来北京电通实习。实习生分布北京电通的媒介统括中心、电通传媒、Global Business Practice、策略开发本部、CC统括室等部门。与此同时,北京电通也经常邀请东京电通的专家就业界热点话题在多所高校做讲座,与高校相关领域的师生互动。

实习生项目由2010年10月开始,已经实施两届。第一届的实习生是2011年毕业的大四学生,主要在电通传媒实习。中国传媒大学两名,北京大学三名,中国人民大学一名。实习期从2011年1月到6月。实习期结束后有两名毕业生留下来成为北京电通的正式员工,其他的同学继续他们的学业。第二届实习生是2012年毕业的大四学生和在校的研究生共18 人,分别来自中国传媒大学、北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、南昌大学。实习的部门分别在媒介统括中心、电通传媒、Global Business Practice 、策略开发本部、CC统括室等部门。
