工业工程师
Mission:
- To plan, propose and implement solutions with the objective to reduce the cost, by optimizing resources (men, machines, material, flow).
- To be leader as well as trainer in the progress approach of his own area of responsibility.
- To be a technical and methodological support function for the other department
Responsibilities
-Calculate manning required as well as further manning requirement
- Determine capacity of his area of responsibility
- Synchronies production capacity, requirement and manning availability
- Update at least twice in a year the process time for analytical accounting- Realise study to optimise his sector of work
- Put in place follow-up and progress indicators to help the managers to measure and improve the performance of the area
- Assist new hires on the implementation of their Industrial Engineering training
- Follow and keep updated the work method of each transformation post
- Assist shop management on performance follow-up and improvement
- Assist IE manager during Business Plan establishment on the definition of the objectives
Qualifications
Fresh University graduated & postgraduate with major in engineering major, IE is preferred.
Very good communication skills
High level of logical analysis and business acumen, figure-sensitive
Self-starter with down to earth attitude
Good command of speaking and writing English
Good computer skills

Requirement:

3.1.2 校招岗位对比
从米其林近几年校园招聘情况来看,每年招聘的人数基本保持不变,技术人员的需求比较大。米其林对学历的要求相对不高,很多只要中专以上就行,因为那是技工的干活,但是像销售管理类的工作就要本科以上,对英语的要求也不是特别的高,所以想加入米其林的同学在学历上不要有太大的心理压力,只要你有能力,HR都会看中你。
