　　题目发出来大家参考一下，不过是没有答案的啊。

　　1. a比b快,c比a慢。不能判断b和c谁快谁慢是对是错?

　　2. 6个硬币加起来为0.41元,可能的面值为1分、5分、10分和25分。是否能肯定其中三个必为1角(1角为10分)?

　　试卷：10页即20面，128道题

　　类型：全是选择题，要么选ABCD要么就是选12345

　　语言：全中文

　　部分：整个试卷128道题目分为五个部分(用自己的话描述了，试卷上写的记不清具体的了)

　　第一部分(一共15题)：在工作或与同事相处时候的情景反应，会给出15个不同的情况，每种情况有四种选择。其中又分为两个小部分，第一小部分共10道题目，是基于你是员工的职位，第二小部分是基于你是领导的职位。

　　Tips：员工的10道题会考到，假如你有自己的内部客户，但是你比较忙，你的同事已经完成今天的任务，你会不会把任务交给他之类的，或者你的同事和你抢一个领导交给你的.任务之类的，或者是说你坏话你应该怎么办之类的。领导的5道题基本都是你的员工突然生产力低下或者情绪低落什么的，感觉回答应该是对员工的鼓励啊什么的。

　　第二部分(一共24题)：是评价题，即要完成一个项目或一个活动，列出24条措施或者行动，你认为它对这个项目的有效性是怎么样按照1-5打分，分别代表很无效(好像是这样，但是自己感觉怎么这么怪的==)，无效，可有可无，有效，极有效。

　　Tips：这一部分感觉比较混淆，因为你看到的措施啊初一看都比较的有效和在理，但是细想一下，有的都是无关紧要的噱头或者其他什么的，我感觉应该把握一条主线吧，即是否有利于更好更快的完成目标，这是最关键的，再看下是否有利于组织结构的高效和团结。

　　第三部分(一共61道)：类似于认同题，就是你对所列的一些观点或者采取的行动的认同度，从1-5分别代表极不同意，不同意，不确定(类似这种表达)，同意，非常同意。

　　Tips: 这个部分题目比较多，但是觉得还是一个主线，答得时候看是不是和目标相关，相关度有多大，重要性有多大。有的题目其实很明显就可以选的。

　　第四部分(一共15道貌似)：根据你的经历来回答每个情境下你采取的行动。都是选择题，但是感觉比较说不准他的评价标准是什么，感觉他拿这个来考你的经历或者你是否在前面的选择中有“水分”，总之这一部分大家留意一下。

　　Tips：这一部分我自己也摸得不是很准，所以也不妄加评论，大家到时候可以自己感觉一下，反正题目也不多。但是感觉还是和上面的区别不是很大。

　　第五部分(应该就是28减去第四部分的题数)：是经历和经验题，1-3分别代表“你从来没有参与过这类活动，没有经验”，“有一些经验，在这个活动中扮演次要角色，偶尔参与”，“很有经验，在这个活动中扮演主要角色，积极参与”。反正就是这类的。说的都是要么是一个活动的负责人啊，要么就是一项活动创新思维的发起者啊，反正类似的。

　　Tips：这一部分我觉得他在看你所从事活动的经历，以及你在活动中所扮演的角色，建议不要选1，这样会觉得你很孤僻，大学也没有做什么，如果你2选的很多，那么看得出你一般都是一个执行者，如果1选的多，那么你就是一个领导者，这个见仁见智，呵呵。

　　我觉得德勤做这个就是为了测试你是不适合四大这个行业吧，也没有什么标准正确与否，所以大家还是要像他们所说的be yourself!
