太古地产的笔试题

　今天收到太古地产的笔试题,全部英文,分别让我就其公司价值观、可持续性发展和环境问题谈论自己的观点和想法，

等于是又做了三个英文作文。一个半小时的时间感觉过得很快，但是写得就有点差强人意了，本来英文写作就不是我的强项，

边查字典边写。呵呵！勉强做完，发给太古地产的HR，刚好四点钟，这里还要赞一下太古地产的HR。态度很nice,还应我的

要求很快给我恢复了一个确认邮件。

   太古地产的培训生计划还是很吸引人的，前三年在香港接受轮岗和培训，基本工资3k,在港期间每月补贴1W港币。培训结

束后回大陆工作。总的来说感觉不错。就是不知道能不能过笔试关，算了，考完了就不想了。Bless me!贴出笔试题目看一

   Part II – Please answer any 2 questions from the following

 

A. Discuss what “Sustainable Development” means to property developers and why they need to

be concerned about it.

 

B.Climate Change has become the focus of the world, can you give a comprehensive plan to the

management of your University on how the University can reduce the emission of Greenhouse Gas

during the daily operation of the University.

 

C.Explain in details with related theories why water cooled chillers (cooled by cooling towers,

direct water cooled, etc.) are more energy efficient than air cooled chillers.
