其实马云的英文和中文一样，语言都：简单，明确，有力。他的理念其实都很简单，像" 小即美 "，"small is beautiful", 往往这样一句话就表达清楚了他的生意到底怎么做。这也是他的厉害之处，很多人引经据典几个小时就讲不清的事儿他往往几句就能一针见血得讲清楚，而且大家都能听懂。我老板最喜欢说的一句话是，如果你解释自己的工作时，你奶奶都能懂，那么你就做到有效沟通了。
你可以比马云帅，每天被帅醒，但是你未必会有马云的职场英文好。沟通交流在职场上有多么重要，你若能像职业人一样清晰有效的表达和推销自己，准确锁定问题的核心，精确作答，就可以打赢面试这一关键战役。
我们上一次讲了如何反问面试官，以及如何准备面试官必问的问题。这次我们聊聊如何应对难啃的问题。
下面我们来手把手教你在职场面试中 talk like a pro。
最好的准备面试的方式就是提前练习。对于未知事物的恐惧只存在于未知。如果你可以将未知变为已知，就掌握了主动权。
以下是我们列出来的一些面试中最困难的问题。有些问题很阴险，看似简单，实则非常难回答。但是一旦你悉心准备好了应对这些问题，这些未知阴险的陷阱，就会被轻松跨过了。
不过，在回答这些问题的时候，你要注意，别回答那些陈词滥调的老答案。面试官每天见那么多人，他们的耳朵都起老茧了。
1. Tell me about yourself.
看上去好简单啊。“我叫Tom, 是XX大学XX专业的毕业生。”要是这样回答，那你就傻了。
面试官想要的是在短时间内马上根据你的回答判定你是否是他们需要的人才。你需要提到的是你的学术背景，你为什么对这个工作感兴趣，和你如何qualify。句子别太长，要容易记忆和引起注意。
2. What is your long-range objective?
这个问题的变种是你的`五年/十年规划是什么?面试官问这个问题来看一看你是否对自己有职业规划。
你可以这样说： "Within five years, I would like to become the very best XXX (加入你所追求的职位)your company has on staff. I want to work toward becoming the expert that others rely upon. And in doing so, I feel I'll be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities which might be presented in the long term. For example, here is what I'm presently doing to prepare myself…"
3. How has your education prepared you for your career?
这个问题是你在申请你的学校和专业的时候就应该想清楚的。用在职场面试中，你要把学到的知识和技能与要申请的职位挂钩。
比如说： "My education has focused on not only the learning the fundamentals, but also on the practical application of the information learned in those classes. For example, I played a leading role in a class project where we gathered and analyzed best practice data from this industry. Let me tell you more about the results…"
4. Are you a team player?
每个人都会说当然是啦。但是其实这并不是一个是非问题。你需要举出实例来回答该问题。
比如说： "Yes, I'm very much a team player. In fact, I've had opportunities in my work, school and athletics to develop my skills as a team player. For example, on a recent project…"
5. Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor? How was it resolved?
这个问题在美国职场上还挺常见的。面试官想听到你是如何解决问题的。
你可以说: "Yes, I have had conflicts in the past. Never major ones, but there have been disagreements that needed to be resolved. I've found that when conflict occurs, it helps me fully understand the other persons’ perspective, so I take the time to listen to their point of view, then I seek to work out a collaborative solution. For example…"
6. What is your greatest weakness?
啊哈，关于这个问题的回答方式简直都要烂大街了。比如说“我太喜欢工作了，我简直就是一个工作狂”。好吧，千万别这么回答好吗。你应该举例说明一个你积极克服掉的毛病。
比如说： "I have had trouble in the past with planning and prioritization. However, I'm now taking steps to improve this. I just started using a pocket planner…" then show them your planner and how you are using it.
在回答这些问题的时候，要注意这些只是一些例子。千万别直接使用所有的词句。你一定要personalize你的所有回答，并且练习到让自己感到舒服为止。
