Real Estate Financial Analyst Cover Letter

I recently came to know from an online source about the vacant position of a Real Estate financial analyst in your organization. I am writing this letter to apply for the same. Over the past two years, I have successfully performed financial analysis within syndication model and property level acquisitions. I am having a vast experience of reviewing and analyzing development and operating pro-formas, tax credit applications, financial statements, construction and environmental reports and market studies to help determine project feasibility, strength of development partner and financial return.

Having taken language classes in university and during my professional career, I am fluent in French, Cantonese and Malay and am very comfortable in doing business in Asian countries if required.
