  一· 平时表现良好

  Prepare a memo documenting your achievements;Keep records of the strides you made over the last year, and any compliments from colleagues and superiors。把自己的成绩记在备忘录上;把过去的'一年中自己取得进步,来自同事或上级的表扬都记录下来。

  二· 给老板一些批阅修改的空间;

  Keep your boss happy. If your boss is happy with you, everybody will be happy. If your boss isn’t happy with you, I don’t care what else you’re doing, you’re going to have trouble。让你的老板高兴。假如你使你的老板高兴了,所有人都会高兴。假如你的老板对你很不高兴,不管你做了什么,你都会有麻烦。

  三· 不把加班作为加薪依据;

  You think doing your job adequately is enough. Doing a merely adequate job isn't enough to merit a significant salary increase. Big raises go to people who go well beyond the minimum expected。以为做好分内事就够了。光光做好自己的分内工作还不足以让你的薪水噌噌噌往上涨。薪水都是加在连分外工作都做得好的人身上。

  四· 在工作中,营造出一种需要被老板激励的状态;

  适当的犯一点小错,让老板知道鼓励对你来说是最有效的强心剂,这样也不会吝啬加薪啦。
