Equipment
Since the equipments are hi-tech and complex. The company should instruct the staff how to use it. The staff should know how to maintain the equipment they use, and how to deal with the little problem they might encounter.
Computer skills
The staff should know computer structure and the software they will use. Basic skill is typing both English and Chinese. They must know how to use the internet, how to send and receive e-mails.
Company organization
Let the staff know the company structure, what sort of work that any department does. Then the staff may know the relationship between the departments. They will know better that how to cooperate with each other.
Company rules
The company rules play an important role in the routine work. It’s very strict that any staff who breaks it will get trouble. Learn to follow the rules is the very thing the staff do every day.
Customer service
Every staff should know how to meet the customer needs. They must know first how to help with customers, then they must have fast reaction till the customers get satisfied.
Product training
Make sure that the staff know how to use their products. Some of them have to know the structure and the function of the products.
Health and safety
Give the staff the concept that work efficiently meantime they must keep healthy and guarantee operate in safety.
