英语请假条格式

　　请假条[因事需离开而不能履行自己的指责/上课，就应该写事假条征得上级负责人/老师同意。事假条一般都很短，只需将事由交代清楚。

英语请假条格式

　　1.事假条(note asking for affair /business

　　leave)【采用书信格式;注明请假期限及事由;事由要充分，语气要恭敬。】

　　例一

　　16 May, 200

　　Dear Mr. Brown,

　　I beg to inform you that I shall be unable to come to school / your class today because of an important business in the family.

　　Your loving student

　　J. Smith

　　我因家中一重要事情今天不能到校，向您请假。

　　例二

　　1 March, 200

　　Dear Director,

　　I beg to apply for one’s week’s leave of absence from the 1st to 7th instant, both days inclusive, in order to return home to see my grandfather, who is now serious ill. To support my application, I herewith submit the telegram received from my father last night.

　　Respectfully,
