　　This is Teachers’ Day and a time to be grateful to all teachers. This profession deserves the special recognition and respect. There is no more appropriate time than this to honour you and others in your chosen field. You have my eternal gratefulness. Have a happy Teachers’ Day. The whole secret of the teacher’s force lies in the conviction that men are convertible. Teacher, who educate children, deserve more honor than parents, who merely gave them birth; for the latter provided more life, while the former ensure a good life. What sculpture is to a block of marble, education is to the soule.

　　My heartfelt thanks to you, dear teacher. On the voyage of life, you have kindled the light of hope for me. What you have done enriches my mind and broadens my view. On this day I honour you sincerely.No one deserves a bigger thank you than you. One day is hardly enough to show our gratitude.

　　“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”不正是老师的写照吗?老师，是您不求回报地关爱着我们，是您为了祖国未来的花朵，付出了自己的时间与汗水，还有青春，只有您才能拥有“人类工程师”这个美誉。

　　是谁?把无知的我们领进宽敞的'教室，交给我们丰富的知识?是您!老师，是您把我们教育，是您!让我们懂得道理，是您，让我们这一代的花朵盛放，是您，把祖国的传统文化发扬光大!

　　是谁?把调皮的我们教育成能体贴帮助别人的人?是您!老师!有一次，我在班上调皮捣蛋，被您看见了，您头一回说了我，从那以后，您就再也不管我了，我感到很失落。于是，我把学习提上去了，这样，您才肯管我，我以前很烦您管我，可是打那次起，我是多么渴望您多管我啊!因为我已经知道冷落的感觉，那不仅是失望，更是恨铁不成钢的感觉。

　　是谁?把我从知识的迷茫深谷里拉出来，是您，老师!有一次，我期末考试，没考好，我觉得自己几乎没希望了。可是这时，老师您过来安慰我，说：“没关系，下一次努力点，相信你会学好的!”我信心满满地说：下一次我一定考好!果然，在下一次考试中，我靠了个好成绩!

　　老师，你就像农民伯伯一样奉献自己的果实，您就像蜡烛一样燃烧自己，感谢您，我的老师!
