　　To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident.

　　To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal in the Olympics.

The river is rich in fish. I like the “hao xi” fish very much. The sky is blue. The air is fresh. People like to take photos, draw pictures and have a holiday here. How beautiful is it. 　　One the one hand ,no one denies that internet is currently one of the most useful media in our daily life ,as a college student ,I get on line everyday to obtain and exchange information with it ,we have to say internet do a great help for all of us. Everything lives with opposite forces. The same can be said about modern technology, such as Internet. We also have enough evidence indicating that the Internet can be a harmful influence on people. A great many people admit that they are too much addicted to internet too maintain a regular and health lifestyle . Some children addicted in playing the games on the internet without study of the people using the internet to do some illegal things which loses people's properties and hurt someone's feelings.

Okay,let's stop going around the bush and get back to my topic today.I really like to talk a funny story I have just heard.A lady called Lucy emigrated to United States several years spoken English is not that fluent one day,she is just sitting on the couch with his U.S friends Mandy watching Sit-Com.A noise of bump had the attention of Mandy,which led her to go out of the house trying to figure out what had you imagine that Mandy go straight out with merely a Lucy shouted at her,"Lucy ,turn your clothes on." What suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the ttedly,Lucy made a mistake here word spitted means Mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the right sentence shall be,"put your clothing on."The story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture. That's full of it,thank you for your time!

　　Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This truth seems to be evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they like the ability to do something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome. For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

　　Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing something? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.

　　It is possible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards one’s abilities. We should never underestimate one’s abilities. But believe in the proverb: “Where there is a will, there is a way.” Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.
