第一，考察自我介绍的内容和简历是否相识，求职者在面试的时候切记要符合简历的真实性。否则面试官会“打假”
第二，考察求职的逻辑思维能力，语言表达能力
第三，考察求职者现场掌控能力
第四，考察求职者的初步的自我认知能力和价值取向。因为被面试者要叙述职业切换关键节点处的原因，尤其要考察最近职业变动的原因。
第五，考察求职者的时间掌控能力，比如用一分钟介绍你用了十分钟，说明时间把控不太好。
