关于建立全面绩效治理体系的探讨
摘要:为了实现企业的发展战略和经济目标,进步全体员工开拓进取的热情和绩效水平,必须在对企业的战略和经济目标进行分析分解的基础上,设计出全面的员工绩效考核指标,引导并激励广大员工为之努力。本文通过对企业绩效治理现状分析和现代绩效治理理论的研究,提出了在新时期下建立PM21绩效治理体系。通过PM21体系的创建与运作,在企业内部形成一种“奖励看贡献,提升凭能力,考核有办法,治理有制度”的公正、公平、公然的创业环境,使绩效治理成为企业新的利润增长点。关键词:绩效绩效治理绩效沟通绩效考核
Abstract:In order to achieve the development strategy and economic targets,increasing the ardor and performance level of all it?s numbers,a all?sided performance evaluating system should designed by analyzing it?s development strategy and economic targets,it will guide and encourage it?s numbers to do their best.Here,I show to found a new performance system as PM21 by the studying about the current performance management and it?s theory in the new century.Under it?s founding and running,the PM21 system would make a just,fiarly,open working surroundings,that as “rewardds dase on his or her contribution,promotion because his or her ability,appraising with right way,managing with rules”and it will be a new profits growth pole for the enterprise.
