国有建筑企业战略人力资源治理系统构建研究
摘要:扼要先容了国有建筑企业人力资源治理存在的题目,并引进了战略人力资源治理理论。在基于企业发展战略的角度,构建了国有建筑企业战略人力资源治理系统模型。重点先容了国有建筑企业战略人力资源治理系统的四个子系统以及它们之间的内在关系。Abstract: The article briefly describes the state-owned construction enterprise human resource management problems, And the introduction of a strategic human resource management theory, Then based on the perspective of enterprise development strategy ,to build strategic human resource management system model of state-owned construction enterprises .The article focuses on the strategy of state-owned construction enterprise human resources management system, as well as the four subsystems of the intrinsic relationship between them.
