建立和完善我国风险投资退出机制的对策
摘 要：风险投资的退出是风险投资实现收益的关键环节。风险投资能否顺利退出关系到风险投资业的发展，关系到风险投资所投入行业的发展，尤其是高科技企业和融资困难的中小企业，从而关系到我国整体经济的健康发展。在我国目前缺少2板市场的前提下，风险投资项目退出机制的选择必然是风险投资最关注的问题。本文从介绍风险投资国内外的研究动态入手，简要阐述了风险投资退出在风险投资整个运作过程中的重要性及其主要退出方式，以经济学的理论解释了风险投资退出的必要性，在借鉴美国、德国退出机制经验的基础上，重点分析了我国目前退出机制存在的问题，提出了风险投资退出在现行条件下可行的对策建议。

The Measures to Establish and Perfect the Mechanism of Exitting from Venture Capital in China
Abstract: The exit mechanism is a key point of making profits for venture capital.Whether the venture capital can quit successfully affects not only the development of venture capital industry itself,but also the industries they invest,especially those high-tech companies as well as small-and medium-sized firms that have dificulties in financing. As a result, the whole economic situation in China will be afected ultimately.The selection of exit mechanism is the most remarkable issue of venture capital in a situation without second board.This article with the beginning of introduce the research trends in China and from aboard,the importance of capital exit will be discussed at the same time and introduce main ways of exit.Use the theory of economic explain why the venture capital need exit.With the basic of compare the venture capital investment in the United States and Germany, analyzes the obstacles we will face in the establishment of exit mechanism and provides a feasible way of exit in the current conditions.
