基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的公司员工绩效考核测评模型构建及应用研究
摘 要;对公司员工的绩效考核是公司人力资源管理与开发的1个重要问题。本文根据企业人力资源管理理论,综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法和对偶刺激配对理论,构建了1套新型的'公司员工绩效考核测评模型体系。由于该模型采用层次分析法构造测评指标体系和权重,并对所确定的权重进行严密的1致性检验,避免了传统的量化计分考核的弊端,提升了公司员工绩效考核的公平、公正和科学性,使考核测评的信度得到了提高。该模型适用于对各类公司员工的绩效量化考核测评和公司员工功能测评,因而具有较广阔的应用前景。

Research on the Company Staffs Achievement Access and Its Application on the Basis of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal Way
Abstract:On the staff performance appraisal is the companys human resources management and development of an important issue. Based on the enterprise human resources management theory, comprehensive use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and dual stimulation matching theory, Construction of a new staff performance appraisal and evaluation system model. The model uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process Evaluation System structure and weights also set the weights for strict consistency test to avoid the traditional quantitative assessment of the scoreboard drawbacks, improved staff performance appraisal fair, impartial and scientific, appraisal and evaluation of the reliability has been enhanced. The model is applicable to all employees of the quantitative performance appraisal and evaluation functions and staff evaluation, So it has a wider application.
