【摘要】建筑企业之间的竞争已经越来越激烈，这种竞争不仅体现在建筑企业的技术气力和工程业务上，而且更重要的是体现在建筑企业内部的治理理念和治理水平上，本文提出了建筑企业的治理创新内容、治理创新的工作步骤。
