基于绩效治理视角下的民营企业基层团队建设
摘要:团队已经成为现代企业生产运营的重要组织形式,建立***高效的企业基层团队对企业进步绩效至关重要。现代民营企业基层团队建设过程中存在效率不高、协作力度不够等诸多题目,致使基层团队绩效不高,企业治理者往往会回因于员工缺乏凝聚力,激励措施不到位等一些因素,而忽视员工围绕绩效指挥棒行事这一根源性的'题目。本文从基层团队建设应基于绩效治理这一视角对民营企业基层团队建设的题目进行了分析和探讨,进而提出了行之有效的解决方法。关键词:绩效治理民营企业基层团队团队建设
Abstract:Team has already become an important form of organization system of the enterprises in the modern days.We must establish an harmonious and efficient teams at the basic level if we want to raise our performance.But we may find many problems when we build up primary teams in modern private enterprises,such as inefficient and poor cooperation power.These problems may lead to low performance in the primary teams.The article discuss the problems in establishing the primary teams in private enterprises on the point of performance management.
