本文首先介绍了正态分布，然后阐述了正态曲线的1些特性，最后从比较评价对象的相对位置、品质评定数量化、判断教学工作是否到位这3个方面论述了正态分布理论在教学工作评价中的应用.

Normal Distribution and its Application
in Teaching Work Evaluation  

ABSTRACT

At first, this article has introduced the normal distribution, then elaborated some characteristics of the normal curve, finally, the author has discussed the application of normal distribution in teaching work evaluation from three aspects, which are comparing the relative position of the evaluation object, turning quality assess to quantity and judging teaching work whether arrives.
