浅论生态文明建设的理论基础
摘 要：笔者把生态文明建设与物质文明建设、精神文明建设和政治文明建设看作是社会主义整体文明建设的系统工程，提出科学认识建设生态文明的理论基础是探索和坚持生态文明新特区的基本条件。并从四个方面概括提出生态文明建设的理论基础：建设生态文明是生态学理论在人类文明发展道路探索中的具体运用，是马克思恩格斯生态文明思想在新历史条件下的继承和弘扬，是对我国古代思想家生态文明智慧的汲取和升华，是反思人类传统发展观念的与时俱进的理性选择。?关键词：生态文明；建设；系统工程；理论基础

Abstract: The paper holds that the construction of ecological, material, spiritual and political civilization forms an integrated systematic project of a socialist civilization construction. It emphasizes that scientific ?understanding? of the theoretical basis of constructing ecological civilization is the basis for exploring the new special zone of ecological ?civilization?. The paper generalizes the theoretical basis at four aspects: constructing ecological civilization is the ?application? of ecological theory in the development and exploration of human ?civilization,? the inheritance and ?promotion? of Marxist ecological civilization ideology in the new historical ?conditions,? the drawing and sublimation of Chinese ancient thinkers' wisdom of ecological civilization, and a rational choice reflecting human being's traditional outlook of development as time goes. ?

加强生态文明建设，促进人与自然和谐发展，增强可持续发展能力，促进社会主义物质文明、精神文明、政治文明建设，构成了社会主义整体文明建设的系统工程。正确认识和把握生态文明建设的理论基础，则是理解、探索和坚持生态文明建设道路的基本条件。
