摘 要:本次设计阐述了插线板外壳塑料0件的注射模设计过程,包括型腔数量和布局的确定、注射机选择、浇注系统设计、模板及标准件的选用、脱模及抽芯机构的设计、成型0件的设计等,阐述了采用Pro/E进行注塑模具设计的基本流程以及模具各部分结构的设计过程。在成型0件加工方面,制定了0件的加工工艺方案并采用了MasterCAM进行了刀路计算和虚拟仿真加工。

ABSTRACT: This design elaborated the patch cord plank outer covering plastic parts injection mold design process, including the cavity quantity and deciding the arrangement of the cavity, selecting the machine for injection, the feed system design, choosing the molding boards and their standardized parts, design core-pulling outfit and formed accessories and so on, the basically design flow and the process of injection-mold design based on Pro/E was illustrated.
