基于DSP感应电机变频调速控制系统设计
摘要:交流电机的变频调速及其相关技术的研究是当前电气传动领域的1个重要课题,脉宽调制控制技术作为变频调速中的1项关键技术,在变频调速技术的发展中具有重要的作用。而数字信号处理器(DSP)运算速度快,能够完成复杂的控制算法,适合于建立高性能的调速系统。该系统设计在以TI公司16位定点DSPTMS320LF2407A为控制核心完成了感应电机变频调速系统的设计与研究。深入研究了变频调速理论,正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)脉宽调制技术,掌握了LF2407A的硬件结构和编程方法。并以这种技术为理论基础,设计了PWM输出程序,以及相关模块的程序。完成了1个较为完整的感应电机变频调速系统的设计。通过电流、电压、温度、转速检测电路和显示电路,实时将电机的运行状态进行显示。该系统通过键盘可以对电机的启动、停止和转速的上升、下降进行控制。

But the digital signal processor (DSP) the operatingspeed is quick, can complete the complex control algorithm, suits tothe establishment high performance velocity modulation system. This system design in as the control core has completed Induction Electric motor frequency Adjustable speed system design and the research take TICorporation 16 fixed points DSPTMS320LF2407A. Thoroughly has studiedthe frequency conversion velocity modulation theory, the sinepulse-duration modulation (SPWM) the pulse-duration modulationtechnology, has grasped the LF2407A hardware architecture and theprogramming method. And take this kind of technology as the rationale,has designed the PWM output routine, as well as correlation moduleprocedure. Has completed a more complete Induction Electric motor

Through the electric current, the voltage, the temperature, therotational speed examination electric circuit and the display circuit,real-time carry on the electrical machinery running status thedemonstration. This system through the keyboard may to the electricalmachinery start, stop with the rotational speed rise, the dropcarrying on the control.
