基于UG的电话机机座上盖塑料模具设计与仿真分析

摘要: 模具CAD/CAM技术的推广应用,可从整体上提高精密复杂模具在高档次、高质量、高附加值模具产品中的开发制造能力,并为增强国内模具制造业在国际市场上的竞争能力奠定坚实的基础,本课题完成的主要研究内容如下:
(1) 通过查阅资料,完成本课题中注射机的选型。
(2) 运用UG软件,建立电话机上盖的模型实体。
(3) 运用Moldwizard软件,设计电话机上盖的注塑模具。
(4) 运用MoldFlow模具分析及优化软件,完成注塑模浇口位置的合理性分析。

According to UG telephone machine the upper cover ejection Mold design and imitate true analysis

Abstract: CAD/CAM technology can improve the overall capability of developing and manufacturing complex and precise molds. This will help produce high grade,high quality and value products. It will also help establish a solid foundation for the domestic plastic mold industry to better compete in the worldwide market. As a general platform,the author carried out the works as following:
(1) Pass to check information, complete to inject choose of machine a type in this topic.
(2) Make use of UG software, build up the model entity of the telephone on up board cover.
(3) Make use of Moldwizard software, design a telephone on board cover of Injection plastic mould.
(4) Make use of a MoldFlow molding tool analytical and excellent turn software, complete the rationality analysis that the injection plastic mould position.
