Dear Mr. Martin
I am writing this letter to inform you that the National Science Olympiad is going to be organized by our society on 15th September 2012.We are sending you an information form through fax which contains the list of the events to be held and the eligibility criteria for participation. You should ask your college students to register for the vent before 10th September 2012.The registration fees is $ 100 per student and we are offering a discount of twenty per cent for a group of twenty students from the same college. The winner of the Olympiad will receive a cash reward of $ 25000 while the runner up would be eligible for a reward of $ 12500.There is more than fifty numbers of consolation prizes to be won in the entire competition.
