  作为来宾:你不要太主动,要让主人和长者来点!

  第四:吃

  1、进餐时,先请客人中长者或地位高的动筷子。

  2、夹菜时每次少一些,离自己远的菜就少吃一些。

  3、吃饭时不要出声音,喝汤也不要有声音。

  4、进餐时不要打嗝,也不要出现其他声音。如果忍不住了,就要说一声“真不好意思”之类的话,以示歉意。

  5、吃到鱼刺、骨头等异物时,不要往外面吐,也不要往地上扔,要慢慢用手拿到自己的碟子里,或放在紧靠自己的餐桌边或纸上。

  6、要适时地和左右的人聊几句,不要光顾着吃饭,也不要贪杯。

  7、最好不要在餐桌上剔牙。如果要剔牙时,就要用餐巾或手挡住自己的嘴巴!

  第五:敬酒

  分为四部

  1、主人敬主要的宾客

  2、陪客敬主宾

  3、主宾回敬

  4、陪客们 互敬

  第六:离席

  当酒席结束,主人带客人到客厅坐一会,上茶,聊天,直至客人们都走了!
