商务英语情景会话之备忘录
A: I’ve been waiting here in the conference room for ten minutes already. What time dose our meeting start? Where is everyone anyway?A:我在会议室已经等了10分钟了.会议什么时候开始?其他人都在哪儿?
B: Didn't you hear about that? Our meeting was postponed until Friday. B:你没听说吗?会议推到周五了.
A: What? The meeting was postponed? No one told me anything about it. A:什么?会议推迟了?没有人告诉我啊.
B: Did you get the memo?B:你没有看到备忘录吗?
A: What memo? There haven't been any memos this whole week, I check my in-box every day, and I haven't seen anything. A:什么样的备忘录?整个这一周我也没见过什么备忘录。每天我都查看收文蓝，什么也没看见。
B: The memo ___①___ 3 days ago. It should have made it to your in-box, but maybe it __②__ in all the clutter on your desk. B:备忘录是3天前发出去的，应该放进你的收文蓝了，但也可能夹在你办公桌上那堆乱七八糟的东西里面。
A: You know how things get piled up my desk when I am busy. I know that sometimes I do misplace things, but I always read all the memos that ___③___. They go directly to my in-box. B: It should have gone around to everybody. They also posted a copy of the memo in the break-room. Don't you ever look at the messages posted on the bulletin board? B:应该发给所有人了。他们还在休息室贴了一张备忘录的复印件。你也没看到布告栏上贴的信息吗？
A: I'm usually too busy to take a bunch of coffee breaks and the gossip by the water cooler, Anyway, I'm sure the memo never got to my in-box. I'll have to talk to our secretary about it. A:我总是忙的顾不上喝咖啡休息一下，或是水冷却器旁跟人闲聊。不管怎样，我肯定我的收文蓝里没有备忘录。我要去找秘书谈谈。
