　　同时，共享单车也存在乱停乱放的现象。一些单车使用者缺乏责任心，在城市车站、轨道交通站点等交通集散地，以及学校、医院、商场等人员流动性强、密集度高的场所周边区域非停车区域停放单车，对公共资源进行非法占用，反而新增了城市交通拥堵。因此，共享单车的兴起是有利有弊的，促进共享单车的良性发展，不仅要依靠市民公共道德意识的提高，更离不开相关部门的制度规范。对于乱停乱放、损坏共享单车的行为，要和使用者的个人信用挂钩，鼓励企业建立个人信用体系和奖惩制度势在必行。
