转口贸易的单证处理
1.Commercial Invoice 卖方做你们香港公司名址
2.Packing List 卖方作你们香港公司名字
3.B/L稍麻烦点。
按规矩，B/L的Shipper应该要和Commercial Invoice和Packing List的出具人一致，如果是你们自己找的Forwarder(我是指你们自己联系并且由你们付运杂费包括海运费保管费等等)，那很简单，你直接告诉他们 Shipper应该怎么打就是了。你付给他们运杂费你就是货主，他们不会管报关申请人(代理公司)名称是不是和B/L之Shipper一致的。所以注意不 要用代理公司的Forwarder，以免麻烦。
但是如果是客户指定Forwarder，FOB成交的'话，你们就要和客户的Forwarder打交道，说服他们Shipper出你们香港公司名址，所谓麻烦，就是指这种情况。不过一般来说不会很困难，现在的Forwarder一般都很明白，知道是怎么回事。
4.C/O必须要代理公司才能作，香港公司是没法作的。
自然C/O上的发货人就是代理公司的名字了，不过这没什么关系，下面再说。但是有一点非常重要， C/O上显示的Invoice number要和你自己做的香港公司的发票之Invoice Number一致(下面Form A同理)。
5.Form A必须挀的函数，要代理公司才能作，同上。一般C/O或Form A客户只要其中一种的，看国别地区来了。不过你说你们客户是北欧的，应该是要Form A不是要C/O了?
6.许可证不可能由香港公司出，所以卖方名字也不太可能是你们香港公司，不过许可证应和C/O、Form A同类，卖方名字和箱单发票不一致没有关系。
7.除C/O、Form A和许可证外，所有其他乱七八糟的文件都可以你们自己香港公司出(比如有些信用证里规定的保证未使用童工/非法劳工证明啊之类的)，落款名字都需和箱单发票的发货人一致。
然后牵涉到的就是客户需接受第三方单据(Third Party Documents)了。你直接向客户说明，请他确认接受，一般都没有问题(至少欧洲是这样)，因为他们清关的时候他们的海关是可以接受第三方出具的 C/O或Form A的，所以同不同意接受TPD在乎客户自己，跟他们的法律规定没什么关系。
一般的付款方式，只要客户邮件或传真确认接受第三方单据就可以了，但如果做L/C的话，记得一定要客户在L/C里注明一条：Third Party Documents Acceptable 。
