聘请合同(中英版)

iftheengagingpartyfindsitimperativetoterminatethecontract,inadditiontobearingthecorrespondingexpensesforwages,itshallpaytheengagedparty_____ascompensationallowance.6如受聘方中途提出辞职，聘方自同意之日起即停发工资 受聘方不在享有各种待遇。

iftheengagedpartysubmitshisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated.7本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效，聘请届满即自行失效。如一方要求延长聘期，必须在本合同期满之前向对方提出，经双方协商确认后，在另行签定延长聘期合同。

thepresentcontractshallcomeintoeffectonthefirstdayofthetermofservicehereinstipulatedandceaseimmediatelytobeeffectiveatitsexpiration.ifeitherpartywishestorenewthecontract,theotherpartyshallbenotifiedbeforeitexpires.uponagreementbybothpartiesthroughconsultationanewcontractcanbesigned.8受聘方同意本合同的各项条款。
