  1、按照公司的`计划对所负责的客户合理编排服务计划并实施执行;

  2、能够完成客户虫害风险点的排查并编制服务报告,并与客户进行日常沟通,编制风险排除计划;

  3、掌握有害生物防治基础知识,经过培训、实操后能具备四种以上虫害解决能力;

  4、定期进行日报、周报、月报,汇报对象为主管领导。

  任职要求:

  农业或农学学士学位及以上,更好农业管理或农业经济方向;

  至少五年以上农场管理经验,更好是水果农场;

  较好的领导力;

  具备经济方面的决断能力;

  良好的时间管理;

  有效沟通能力;

  为人可靠;

  流利的普通话和英语;

  要求具有驾照。

  工作描述:

  担负工作安全的职责,执行公司WHS政策和程序,在公司安全经理的要求和指导下领导WHS流程比如调查工伤,识别危害,评估风险以及设计危险控制;

  实施工作安全系统和操作流程来最大程度减少个人和农场的风险,监控诉求;

  员工管理;

  采购供给和设备;

  组织浆果植物的'种植;

  农场日常维护,包括除草,更换受损设备,使农场机械设备达到日常可用状态;

  负责基建的维护,包括道路,排水沟,供电设备等;

  管理病虫害技术员并保证IPM(有害生物综合防治)在浆果生产中就绪;

  保证灌溉/施肥在标准条件下运行;

  负责管理农场保安;

  其他要求的职责。

  1、为客户(如酒店、食品工厂、餐饮娱乐、物业、医疗机构、教育机构、私人住宅等)提供彻底而专业的虫害防治服务。

  2、严格按照公司的规定流程和相关安全规范进行操作,出色完成客户现场的服务工作。

  3、负责虫鼠害设施、设备的`巡检工作并提供持续有效的虫害活动监控,向现有客户和新客户介绍奔奔控虫的服务要点和先进的综合虫害管理体系。

  4、负责客户现场虫害防治服务及相关支持性工作,并正确地书写服务作业单,及时沟通和解决客户服务过程中发生的问题。

  ensure the execution of the key account agreements (customer hq) at store level

  plan the routing of sales representative and merchandiser and ensure conformity by sales representative
