　　“简历最重要的作用就是获得一次面试机会!要在第一页简历让考官发现你记住你!”日前，在广东外语外贸大学近千名大学生迎来了一场外资企业进高校传经面谈会，外资公司的老总们向同学们传授了各类实用的求职技巧。

　　许多毕业生都关注这个问题：“简历作为面试的重要基础，如何让考官选中自己?”某公司人力资源总监饶俊介绍，在每年毕业生求职的高峰期，大企业的人力资源主管收到的简历往往都在数千份以上，筛选过程中，根本不可能去看繁多的文字说明，所以，简历一定要内容简洁，开章要突出，展现自己最优秀的一面。他幽默地说：“我从来不看简历的`第二页!”

　　他总结了大学生在应聘时欠缺的几个方面。首先是心态不稳定，大学生对自身的期望值过高;其次是细节不到位，如紧张怯场、小动作过多、答非所问等，都不可取;第三是信息不齐全，很多大学生没有做好对应聘企业与岗位的信息了解工作，在应聘过程中出现“张冠李戴”的场景，如一应聘生曾对安利公司HR说：“我很喜欢你们安利公司，你看我用的洗发水全都是海飞丝的!”这种情况就让人哭笑不得了。

　　他还认为，毕业生在求职过程中要做到：“诚信、人际沟通能力好、热情、不逞英雄主义”，这样方能在求职大军中脱颖而出。
