　　简历，当然就是个人的简要经历，其目的是将自己的成绩和能力简明扼要地叙述给对方，所以，简历不需要过度推销。HR们身经百战，通常看一份简历的前三五秒就可以确定你是不是可以进入面试。因此，真正好的简历，是一份真实而且充实的简历，是可以看得到你真实水平的简历，而不是像虚假广告那样，大而不当。

　　简历的第一个关键词就是“简”。应届生的简历往往很复杂，先来张封面，接着是求职信，两三页的中文简历，两三页的英文简历，往往还会附加什么应届生就业推荐表、各种证书复印件如计算机证书、中高级口译、托福……厚厚一叠，像让招聘者拿到手里就觉得头大。

　　HR并不喜欢修饰花俏、长篇累牍的简历，看起来麻烦，拿在手上还嫌沉，不如直接扔掉。所以一个比较合适的简历一般只需要1-2张纸就行：一张中文简历、一张英文简历。求职信的话，放在最前或最后都可以，像证书、推荐表一类的根本不用附在后边，面试时HR要求你带你再带过去就可以了。

　　“简”也绝不是什么都简单，而是要有针对性。应聘什么样职位就列出自己这个方面的专长，学了什么，能做好什么，有什么实践成果和创意设想，并能用真实有效的案例材料作为支持，就已经足够。重要是让你的简历有说服力，俗语说“酒香不怕巷子深”，在这个人人都热衷于推销自己的时代里，简单充实而不花哨的简历反而会让招聘者一看你的简历，就认为你“就是单位急需的人才”，真的没有必要过分在封面设计和内容的排列组合上下无用的功夫。这种真材实料的推销才能最后赢得你想要的一切。

　　简历的第二个关键词就是“历”。顾名思义，就是你自己的真实经历。

　　真实性是第一位的，千万不要捏造。许多应届生大概在校期间也没有认真做过什么事情，临到写简历忽然发现自己什么可以给别人看的内容都没有，为了让自己看上去比较有竞争力，简历造假竟然成了主流：明明不是优秀干部，却写上自己是;没有去过某家公司实习，非要写上去;或者只在公司待了几天却写成待过几个月;还有捏造自己的.外语或者计算机水平的。

　　普通消费者在使用商品之前是很难清楚广告的真实性的，但是你简历上的经历却可以迅速得到验证。在面试时，面试官会针对你的简历的任何一个方面进行提问，比如你的实习经历，一般都会问到你在实习期间的具体工作，如果你是捏造的，你怎么来回答你没有做过的事情?再比如你的语言能力，如果仅仅是“知道”就不要写“精通”，尤其是在外企面试，不排除你的面试官也会你所列的外语，如果他突然用外语提问，你又怎么能hold住呢?
