　　志向是事业成功的基本前提，没有志向，事业的成功也就无从谈起，我选择的是职业学校，因而我在就学时就已经确定了我的专业——机电技术应用专业，这个专业是机械与电子的结合体，在现今的企业中这个专业是最易被采用的，我想通过这几年的学习进入单位工作后成为一名熟练的技师，继而成为一名机电工程师。

　　第二、了解自身条件与对社会环境的适应性

　　首先，我们应该正确认识自己，了解自己，做出恰当的自我评估。

　　我是个兴趣广泛的男生，爱好学习，喜欢读书，热爱体育。我擅长摆弄家中不用的物件，例如电话、闹钟等等。我的性格开朗，我喜欢大声朗读、喜欢科幻小说，喜欢呼朋唤友，总是觉得“三个臭皮匠抵得上一个诸葛亮”，奉行“智者千虑，必有一失”.但同时又有些自我感觉良好，易以自我为中心。

　　首先是性格与职业的匹配：

　　我是个眼到手到之人，在动脑的同时我十分喜欢动手，机电专业除了要有较强的机械与电子的专业基础知识外，还应对动手能力有较高的要求，我想胆大心细是对这个专业最好的性格要求。

　　其次是兴趣与职业的匹配：

　　古人云“干一行，爱一行”，但我却认为应该是“爱一行，做一行”。因为你喜欢，你才会用心去做，我喜欢机械设计的巧妙精确，也喜欢电子线路的构思缜密。

　　最后是特长与孩子业的匹配：

　　正确适当的目标是职业生涯规划的核心，一个人事业的成败，很大程度上取决于合适的目标。

　　我想这里所说的目标应该包含两种，一种是近期目标，另一种是远期目标。
