    我的名字是**,今年27岁,2003年毕业于重庆师范大学,大专文化。我性格开朗，为人比较有亲和力，也很重视团队精神，善于倾听和沟通。我曾经从事过客服工作，主要是受理客户咨询、投诉等，在此期间工作一直得到领导和同事的好评。

    坦白地说,我的英语口语并不是很好,但是我热爱客服工作,我拥有良好的职业态度。我将尽我最大的`努力,如果我得到这份工作。

     i am open-minded, easy-going, and good at communicating with others. i had been working as customer servie, which mainly deal with the work such as customer consulting, customer complanit and so on. during the working time, i always work hard and carefully,therefore, i finish every work excellently and got the praise from my leader and colleges.

    To be honest, i am not very good at english speaking. however, i love my job and i have great career attitude. if i have the honor to be recruited by your company, i will try my best to finish every work and devote myself to this company.
