9月26日早上8点半，面试开始，20几分钟后，我已经在返回住处的路上了。这次面试，我是第一位，进去以后，看到有5位老师并排坐着，我首先向他们鞠躬问好，最旁边一位老师笑吟吟地请我坐下。在这种气氛里，这样的友好让我立即感到轻松很多。面试共20分钟，分5个阶段：一是自我介绍阶段。由于我事先准备过，比较容易，我觉得在这个阶段吐字清楚，内容简短且声音宏亮，给面试老师留下较好的初始印象，同时自己也要抓住机会，在这个阶段调整自己，尽快进入状态;二是专业介绍阶段。自己对所学专业有多少理解就概括起来说一下，让这些老师对你所学专业有个大致了解。由于我当时理解错误，没有说重点，结果把这个专业在我们学校的队伍构成和实验室概况说了一下，现在想想都觉得当时有点可笑;三是抽题单答题阶段。我抽了两道题，都是机械原理方面的，需要一种综合知识的能力，由于我复习没有到位，所以有一道题答得不好，还思考了很久，我想当时要是直接说不知道就好了，因为答这道题我用了很长时间，估计会令老师有点不耐烦;四是老师提问阶段。除我导师外的任意一个老师提出一个与我专业有关的问题，说实话有点难，我努力给自己一个反应的时间，在复述问题的时候搜索答案，结果还是没能想出来，问题说完我也不敢拖延时间，就向老师说“对不起，这个问题我暂时无法解决”。我觉得很难过，当时看书时只顾去看那些知识，却没有想到用它去解释现实中的问题;最后的阶段是我的导师提问。就他研究领域某一问题，让我分析一下。这需要综合的知识和分析问题的能力，我觉得比较简单，因为毕竟以前对专业知识有较深刻的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用专业知识去分析，提出方案。我想这个问题不在乎你说的是否正确，这是一个灵活的问题，或者是用来考察你思路是否清晰，是否具备解决问题的能力。整个面试里没有英语能力考察，面试结束后我有礼貌地退出，并叫下一个面试者进去。来到走廊里，窗外一座高楼，兀自竖在面前，挡住了我的视线，我有点压抑，觉得刚才的表现不是很好，不愿再去想刚才的情景，只想早点知道结果然后回家。后来见到师姐，她开玩笑地说：“如果你没有通过面试，会哭吗?”我想了一会说：“不会，因为不是我所做的每件事都会是我想要的结果，也许我会很难过，但我不会哭，毕竟我很努力了。”
笔者在面试时，老师提问主要是量子力学。这一门课程只学过半个学期，并且它本身很难，复习时也没有作为主攻课程。这时，笔者首先回答了基础性的问题，如波粒二象性、薛定谔方程的物理意义等等;然后对方老师开始问一些超晶格中的量子物理现象(超晶格也没有学过，只看过基础概念)。此时，对策是先说出它的基本物理意义，然后再反问对方老师现在研究的进展如何，碰到的问题怎么样。然后就着老师的回答，对他研究中所用到的原理与提问，用学过的物理知识回答。然后再讨论式的请问老师如何解决问题，他此时会问笔者如何解决。这时再用自己所学，加上一定的发挥来回答(这种问题不论对错，只是老师考学生思维方式的一种手段)。
面试时间约35分钟，对方老师较满意。
第一， 英语问题。英语绝对是第一关，此关不过，其他的没有什么必要再了解了;
第二，完善的职业计划或者学习计划。一个不知道自己想做什么的人，很难让人相信你会认真对待将来的学习;
第三，合适的背景知识。进入汇丰学习，你是需要具备一定的专业基础和数学的，没有很好的专业水平和数学水平，老师也会怀疑你的将来的学习能力的，这里你可以通过面试把你的专业和数学水平表现出来;
第四，良好的心理素质和与人沟通交流能力，或者科研能力，前者你可以说自己有很好的职业规划，后者的可以表现出强烈的读PHD的科研欲望和能力，也就是说你应该让老师相信你可以有很好的发展前途的;
第五，良好的个人综合素质。这点是通过面试过程中的诸个细节体现出来的，诸如坐姿，跟老师的eye-contact等等都是非常重要的细节，大家可以从平时就慢慢注意一些细节，免得最后为此而出什么差错。
第六：总体感觉。确实没有想到汇丰会这么快的为大家所认可，从保研的人数可以推测考研的人数也会成倍数上涨的，所以，大家要认真备考，全面复习，尽最大努力，抱最大希望。我为你们祈祷。

9月26日早上8点半，面试开始，20几分钟后，我已经在返回住处的路上了。这次面试，我是第一位，进去以后，看到有5位老师并排坐着，我首先向他们鞠躬问好，最旁边一位老师笑吟吟地请我坐下。在这种气氛里，这样的友好让我立即感到轻松很多。面试共20分钟，分5个阶段：一是自我介绍阶段。由于我事先准备过，比较容易，我觉得在这个阶段吐字清楚，内容简短且声音宏亮，给面试老师留下较好的初始印象，同时自己也要抓住机会，在这个阶段调整自己，尽快进入状态;二是专业介绍阶段。自己对所学专业有多少理解就概括起来说一下，让这些老师对你所学专业有个大致了解。由于我当时理解错误，没有说重点，结果把这个专业在我们学校的队伍构成和实验室概况说了一下，现在想想都觉得当时有点可笑;三是抽题单答题阶段。我抽了两道题，都是机械原理方面的，需要一种综合知识的能力，由于我复习没有到位，所以有一道题答得不好，还思考了很久，我想当时要是直接说不知道就好了，因为答这道题我用了很长时间，估计会令老师有点不耐烦;四是老师提问阶段。除我导师外的任意一个老师提出一个与我专业有关的问题，说实话有点难，我努力给自己一个反应的时间，在复述问题的时候搜索答案，结果还是没能想出来，问题说完我也不敢拖延时间，就向老师说“对不起，这个问题我暂时无法解决”。我觉得很难过，当时看书时只顾去看那些知识，却没有想到用它去解释现实中的问题;最后的阶段是我的导师提问。就他研究领域某一问题，让我分析一下。这需要综合的知识和分析问题的能力，我觉得比较简单，因为毕竟以前对专业知识有较深刻的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用专业知识去分析，提出方案。我想这个问题不在乎你说的是否正确，这是一个灵活的问题，或者是用来考察你思路是否清晰，是否具备解决问题的能力。整个面试里没有英语能力考察，面试结束后我有礼貌地退出，并叫下一个面试者进去。来到走廊里，窗外一座高楼，兀自竖在面前，挡住了我的视线，我有点压抑，觉得刚才的表现不是很好，不愿再去想刚才的情景，只想早点知道结果然后回家。后来见到师姐，她开玩笑地说：“如果你没有通过面试，会哭吗?”我想了一会说：“不会，因为不是我所做的每件事都会是我想要的结果，也许我会很难过，但我不会哭，毕竟我很努力了。”
笔者在面试时，老师提问主要是量子力学。这一门课程只学过半个学期，并且它本身很难，复习时也没有作为主攻课程。这时，笔者首先回答了基础性的问题，如波粒二象性、薛定谔方程的物理意义等等;然后对方老师开始问一些超晶格中的量子物理现象(超晶格也没有学过，只看过基础概念)。此时，对策是先说出它的基本物理意义，然后再反问对方老师现在研究的进展如何，碰到的问题怎么样。然后就着老师的回答，对他研究中所用到的原理与提问，用学过的物理知识回答。然后再讨论式的请问老师如何解决问题，他此时会问笔者如何解决。这时再用自己所学，加上一定的发挥来回答(这种问题不论对错，只是老师考学生思维方式的一种手段)。
面试时间约35分钟，对方老师较满意。
第一， 英语问题。英语绝对是第一关，此关不过，其他的没有什么必要再了解了;
第二，完善的职业计划或者学习计划。一个不知道自己想做什么的人，很难让人相信你会认真对待将来的学习;
第三，合适的背景知识。进入汇丰学习，你是需要具备一定的专业基础和数学的，没有很好的专业水平和数学水平，老师也会怀疑你的将来的学习能力的，这里你可以通过面试把你的专业和数学水平表现出来;
第四，良好的心理素质和与人沟通交流能力，或者科研能力，前者你可以说自己有很好的职业规划，后者的可以表现出强烈的读PHD的科研欲望和能力，也就是说你应该让老师相信你可以有很好的发展前途的;
第五，良好的个人综合素质。这点是通过面试过程中的诸个细节体现出来的，诸如坐姿，跟老师的eye-contact等等都是非常重要的细节，大家可以从平时就慢慢注意一些细节，免得最后为此而出什么差错。
第六：总体感觉。确实没有想到汇丰会这么快的为大家所认可，从保研的人数可以推测考研的人数也会成倍数上涨的，所以，大家要认真备考，全面复习，尽最大努力，抱最大希望。我为你们祈祷。
