今天我来谈谈自我介绍之后紧接着会遇到的问题，Why do you want to work here?
这里的关键词是work吗，是why吗。不不不，是最末的一个词，here。
我小时候总问我妈妈，麦当劳和肯德基卖的东西是一样的，他们为什么不合并成一家公司呢?麦当劳和肯德基有区别吗?
求职时是一样的呀。你都面消费品，面试联合利华他们问，你还投了宝洁吗?和宝洁比，你为什么更想在我们这儿工作呢?
这题我们要表达出对你对这个公司知道得很多，而你的个人资质match到公司的需求(to show that you know a lot about the company and that your qualifications match the company's needs)
Show出你对公司的了解，包括对可能工作的部门的了解，未来工作伙伴的了解(你清楚你以后要和那样的人一起工作吗?)
研究公司的产品或者服务，了解公司在社会上的积极影响
熟悉公司的`使命(mission statement)和核心价值
熟悉公司网站上“About us”板块的介绍
不要将“选择的理由”局限于你个人。重点放在公司积极的影响，公司能给你带来什么。
告诉面试者你过去的教育和实习经历，如何符合公司的需要
告诉面试者你对工作是有选择性/对岗位是有思考(being selective)的，不是会随随便便接受任何提供给你的工作

By doing this, I was able to help my company once I have interned get a foothold in the market. 第三段着重在讲你之前做的什么是如何帮助面试的公司发展未来的业务，展现你和公司之间的匹配度。

第三段总结陈词，你们公司好，我有技能，你们的业务适合我这种寻求挑战的人才，我们合体吧合体吧。全篇把公司夸得花儿一样，也把你自己夸了一通。两相欢喜。
其实英语面试用的词，并不高端，都是常用词。主要是组织句子和思路的逻辑性和流利性。
