现今报纸拥有极大的价值，人人都应该看它。它每天提供我们各种类类的消息。它告诉我们世界政治局势。如果我们养成看报的习惯，我们就能得到足够的知识来因应我们的环境。 学生虽然每天须做功课，但他们至少应该匀出一两个小时来看报。哪些，他们不但能增加知识而且也能赶上时代。总而言之，看报对学生很有益处。

Sunny 31th,July Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed in the afternoon。 when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldn't imagine how romantic they were! However，with the time passing so quickly，The day(不是sun) was dying in the west. So i had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable experience, which was really beyond description!
今天阳光普照，我的心情也很好，厌倦了学习和城市的繁忙景象，我在下午来到了生态公园去享着美丽的风景，来得到放松。 当我来到公园时，首先进入我视线是浓绿的`树木，因此，这空气新鲜，除此之外，我可以清楚地看到沿池塘边蜿蜒的小路。躺在有各种花儿点缀的草坪上，看着蓝色的天空，我感到十分惬意，因为我想要的就是是一些和平和宁静，所有的一切都形成了一道亮丽的风景线，你无法想象他们是多么浪漫! 然而，随着时间的快速流逝，日薄西山。所以我不得不回家了!我永远不会忘记这样一个难忘的经历，这是真的无法用言语来形容!

The weather is become hotter and hotter.Today afternoon,my brother came my home and asked me to swim with him. Got the permission of mother,my brother and I went to the river which lies in the south of our viliage happily.When we reached the river, we couldn't wait to jump into the water.The water is clear and cold,which made us feel relax and cool. The river is not deep not shallow,is suitable for swimming.We keeped swimming and playing in the water until we got tired.Thought the weather of today is hot,our heart is very cool!
游泳
天气变得越来越热。今天下午，我表哥来到我家要我和他一起去游泳。得到妈妈的允许，我和我表哥兴高采烈的跑到了河边，那条河位于我们村庄的南边。当我们到达河边时，我们迫不及待的跑进河里。河水清澈且冰冷，这让我们感觉到很凉爽、放松。河水不深不浅，正适宜于游泳。我们一直在河里游泳嬉戏，直到我们都累了。尽管今天的天气很炎热，但我们的内心都感到很凉爽!
