  一、教材分析

  (一)教材的地位和作用

  基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神,使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合运用语言的能力。我选择的7B Unit4谈论的是amazing things,话题围绕我们身边各种各样令人惊讶的现象或事件展开,很容易引起学生的兴趣并激发学生去了解更多令人惊讶的事情,并且在了解的前提下提高交流的.能力。

  1. Comic strip & Welcome to the unit部分通过一部分不寻常的现象和事件,让学生使用正确的形容词来表达自己的感受和见解。

  2. Reading部分给大家讲了个故事,学完故事后要求学生掌握文中的语言点并能清楚的复述。

  3. Vocabulary部分要求学生使用be fond of, be crazy about, like, dislike等来表达不同的喜好。

  4. Grammar部分讲解了一般过时的构成和用法,并要求学生能根据情境正确使用一般过去时谈论过去的事件。

  5. Integrated skills部分帮助学生了解更多动物的知识,要求学生从听力材料中获取相关信息并用自己掌握的信息使相关文章的意思表达完整,要求学生对惊讶、诧异的话作出恰当的反应。

  6. Pronunciation部分要求学生掌握?-ed?结尾单词的三种发音并正确区分和准确读出。

  7. Main task部分要求学生通过调查研究获得事件信息并根据材料完成相关写作。

  8. Checkout部分设计了练习,让学生在练习中巩固词汇和语法,理清写作思路。

  a. Vocabulary and phrases: amazing, yesterday, travel, Earth, moon, elephant, plant, strange, bright light, from Earth to the moon, a man in the USA, at the same time, plant life, without lightning.

  b. Sentence patterns: It?s just a plane. It?s only the light on the plane. It takes about three days to travel from Earth to the moon by rocket. Fish sleep with their eyes open. You cannot sneeze and keep your eyes open at the same time. There is no plant life without liaghtning.

  c. Know some amazing things and events.

  二、教材处理

  1. 始终坚持任务型目标→导说领先→活动或讨论→反馈或笔头落实→环环相扣,逐步铺垫。

  三、教学方法

  通过五步教学法,精讲巧练,由易到难,由已知到未知,循序渐进深化教学内容。展开以教师为主导,以学生为主的师生双边活动。

  五、教学程序

  (一)导入新课

  运用多媒体课件,播放《长江七号》一段有飞碟有外星生物七仔的视频,看完后,问学生:Who is it? (It?s 七仔.) What is it? (It?s an alien.) How can it travel here and there? (By UFO.)然后呈现一张UFO的图,讲解Unidentified Flying Object和生词bright.问学生Is it amazing?用一个表情和两张对比明显的图讲解amazing的意思,这样导入容易引起学生的兴趣。

  (二)新课讲解

  我说Yesterday, I was in Eddie and Hobo? home. They were talking about something. But they had different ideas. I recorded their dialogue. Listen carefully, and try to answer the

  questions.因为这次上课的网络环境,强调老师和学生的互动,所以我将这两个很简单的问题设置成选择题,并且最后可以统计回答对问题的百分比。接下来,要求学生跟录音朗读模仿语音语调,为接下来的两人对话做准备。下面要讲Welcome to the unit了。为了自然承接,我说Eddie and Hobo are arguing about if the object is a UFO. Has anyone here seen a UFO before? There are many reports about UFO. You can have a look on your own.我做好了网页,学生自己点击。学生看完后告诉他们There are many other amazing, strange and surprising things around us.呈现A部分的六副图和六句话,要求学生自己连线,将生词做成超链接,分别有图和直观。在核对答案时,帮助学生纠正读音并对学生提出的不懂的单词稍做解释。我再带读这六句话,为了下面对话的操练做准备。为了更多的小组和学生能够有表演的机会,我将两人对话改成四人小组对话,扩大参与面。

  (三)反复操练与巩固

  学生可能有些疲惫了,告诉学生我们将有个分组合作竞赛。先讲比赛规则,自由点击我为大家找的更多的amazing things,有图和一句话简单的概括,并且生词做了解释。让学生试着在理解的基础上记忆。然后分小组合作,将反过来的图正过来,说对最多的小组胜出。

  (四)反馈练习

  漫画和A部分句子挖空选正确的词填空,巩固生词。

  (五)拓展

  给一幅Main task部分最高的人的图和相关的简介,填空完成文章,并小组合作核对,上传答案。

  (六)归纳总结,布置作业

  简要回顾今天所学知识,布置作业。

  1、自主学习

  让学生愉快地、充满自信地走进我的英语课堂,是我最大的愿望,让学生在我的英语课堂上享受快乐和成功是我孜孜以求的。多年来,我为实现自己的梦想和追求不懈地努力着。今天,借此平台,希望各位老师指导我的说课,使我更快的成长。

  我说课的内容是PEP Book 4 Unit 5 B Let’s talk.。主要从教材分析、教学策略、教学程序 、板书设计、教学评价等方面作具体的阐述。

  第一环节——说教材

  本单元的话题是shopping. 购物与我们的生活息息相关,本课的知识点是大部分学生乐于学习和接受的,相信他们对本课的学习充满期待。

  第二环节——说教学目标

  根据《英语课程标准》的教学理念,教材特点以及四年级学生的实际情况,将本课时的教学目标确定如下:

  [认知目标] 能够听、说、认读本课时的主要句型:A pair of …for… What size? How much are they? We’ll take them.

  [能力目标] 能够跟录音朗读对话,并能分角色进行表演。能够较好地完成Group work中的调查表格.

  [情感目标] 通过活动、游戏使学生产生学习英语的兴趣;让学生敢于、乐于开口,积极参与交流。并让学生在学习的过程中,培养他们的合作意识和竞争意识。

  在仔细研究教材和分析学生的心理和生理特点的基础上,我认为本课重点是掌握有关购物的句型:如How about this pair? Are they nice? How much are they? They are yuan.等价格的复数表达法。难点是A pair of …for… 中for的含义;What size? size的发音;We’ll take them. them 的发音以及理解这句话的含义。

  第二个板块——说教学策略

  本课主要采用情景教学和交际功能法以及多媒体计算机辅助课堂教学,充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,利用现代教育技术优化教学过程,通过课件为学生创设更多生动活泼的`语言环境,把学生吸引到活动中去,并激发他们主动参与学习的欲望内。努力培养学生的自学能力,把学习的钥匙交给学生,在传授知识的同时授以科学的思维方法。不仅要使学生学会,更要使学生学会学,因此,在课堂教学中巧妙运用教学艺术,适当安排自学、小组讨论、全班讨论、游戏、竞赛等活动,鼓励学生开口就说,提高运用语言的能力,变“讲堂”为“学堂”,变“要我学”为“我要学”,从而从根本上打破传统的课堂教学方法,建构一种新型的现代教育模式,使学生在更轻松更愉快的环境下实现更多的信息交流,真正做到快快乐乐学英语,扎扎实实打基础,向四十分钟要质量,向课堂教学要效益的最终目的。

  第三个板块——说教学程序

  遵循人类认识过程的普遍规律和学生认识活动的主要特点,我把教学过程分为以下几个环节:

  导入设计、新课呈现、巩固操练、拓展延伸以及课后作业五个环节。教育家托尔斯泰说过:“成功的教学所必须的不是强制,而是激发学生的兴趣,兴趣是推动学生学习的强大动力,是学生参与教学活动的基础,激发学生的兴趣是新课导入的关键。”“Well begun, half done”良好的开端是成功的一半。

  第一环节 导入设计分三块:

  ①唱一唱本单元的歌曲“The coat in the window”(How much is that coat in the window? )一首优美的英文歌,全班同学在教师的带领下,边拍手边唱,营造良好的英语氛围,使学生能自然地进入到一个良好的学习状态中。

  ②Let’s do Put on your sneakers. Run in the park. Put on your sandals. Wiggle your toes. 通过TPR活动,让全班学生能够做起来,动起来。在复习旧知的基础上为新课的学习起到一个呈上起下的作用。

  ③Free talking:What’s the weather like today? 聊一聊天气,为后面创设明天开运动会,John需要一双新的运动鞋的情境埋下伏笔。同时也营造一种民主、和谐、宽松的英语氛围,为学生架设一座由中文思维向英文思维过渡的桥梁。

  第二环节 新课呈现分两部分:

  ① 利用课件,出示不同的鞋子,引出shoes shop。操练chant: sneakers , sneakers, a pair of sneakers , a pair of sneakers for my friend.

  ② 创设妈妈和John去鞋店买鞋的情境,教师扮演assistant,引出句型What size? How about this pair? Are they nice ? Are they all right?等等。

  第三环节 巩固操练分五部分:

  ①玩一玩,鲁迅说过:“游戏是儿童的天使。”本节课我设计“我猜,我猜,我猜猜”的游戏来操练句型 How much are they? They are .

  ②说一说,利用教学卡

  片,在黑板上制作一个简易的鞋子商店,操练句型Can I help you? How about this pair? We’ll take them等

  ③听一听,听课文录音,完成教师提问A: What size? B: How much are the sneakers? 让学生带着问题去听,养成良好的倾听习惯。

  ④读一读,我们都知道,磁带是最好的老师,让学生跟着磁带朗读课文,正确的语音语调的形成是学生学习英语的基础,因此教师要有意识地培养学生的模仿能力。

  ⑤演一演,利用头饰,分角色三人小组合作演一演本课对话,教师要鼓励学生进行大胆的表演。

  第四环节拓展延伸分两部分:

  ①完成调查表格,了解班里同学鞋子的尺寸大小和价格。教师渗透文化知识:不同国家,不同鞋子大小的表达方式不同,如:美国常用6、8、9这样的数字,而我们和欧洲基本相同,用36、38、40这样的数字进行表达。

  ②活动:“自由市场”

  5月14日母亲节快到了,给学生一定数目的钱,请他们为妈妈买一样最需要的礼物,让学生学会理性购买。通过在“自由市场”内学生之间的买卖活动,充分发挥学生的创造性思维,让学生学以致用;通过讨价还价,发展学生当家理财的经济头脑和对生活的适应能力。

  第五环节 课后作业也是两部分:

  ①了解家里人的鞋子尺码并了解市场上不同规格,不同种类鞋的价格。

  ②根据询问同学的衣物和鞋子,了解班里同学的消费水平,小组之间合作完成此项任务。

  以介绍新朋友自然导入新知识,能激发学生兴趣,集中他们的注意力。创设日常生活情景,使学生身临其境,调动他们参与的积极性,激发学生们的学习兴趣。)

  3、互动操练 及时评价

  重视对学生合作学习能力的培养,让学生们在师生,生生,小组等不同的合作方式中,学会倾听,学会评价,为学生的`终身学习奠定基础。对学生的表现进行总结评价,以评价促发展,激励学生大胆开口。

  我说课的内容是小学三年级第三单元第17课,在本课中我借助“探究式”教学,采用多样化教学手段将听、说、玩、演溶于一体,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和愿望,使学生通过探究学习体验成就感从而树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力。结合新课程标准和大纲提出的基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标和具体要求,在认真分析教材的基础上,我针对学生的实际,确定本课时的教学目标及重难点。

  1、知识目标:使学生能听、说、认读shirt skirt pants blouse sweater五个单词。

  2、能力目标:培养学生的自主探究能力。

  3、情感目标:培养学生自主探究的积极性,培养学生对日常生活知识的了解。

  4、教学重点:

  能正确认读五个单词,能在四线三格中正确书写,能听懂句型。

  二、说学生情况

  英语对三年级学生来说是一门新开设的课程,在此之前他们对英语很陌生,针对他们爱唱,爱游戏,爱表现,爱凭兴趣做事,教学时必须运用各种教学方法激发学生的学习兴趣,调动他们的积极性。同时,由于本课内容是学生每天接触最多,了解最深的服装的英语教学,教学时充分运用现有的服装资源,学生将会产生浓厚的学习兴趣。

  为了突破这堂课的重难点,根据小学生的特点,作为教师要发挥积极的指导作用,以人为本,主要采用直观情景教学。采用探究式教学模式为主以游戏教学法、图片教学法等并用的方式进行教学。让学生在美妙的歌声中和轻松愉快的活动中感受语言,让他们在做中学、玩中学、在表演中学。

  第一步:自由会话,促进语言运用能力的提高

  在这个环节我先与学生进行朋友式的`会话。Hi! Good morning. Boys and girls. My name is Zhang Xin.What is your name? Nice to meet you.教师就这样面带微笑,边说边走下讲台与学生握手问候。这不仅复习了旧知识,还渲染了学习英语的良好气氛。

  设计理念:学生在一个平等、尊重的氛围中,他们的思维是放松的,敢于说敢于参与教学。一个微笑、一个问候、一个简单的弯腰握手动作,缩短了师生间的距离。在这种宽松的氛围中,每个学生都敢于和乐于开口说英语,个个抢着与老师握手,学习热情就特别高涨。提高了“导”的艺术。

  第二步:歌曲热身,创造愉快的氛围。

  在热身的时候,首先让学生跟着节奏演唱歌曲:How Are You?播放录音。学生一边做动作一边跟节奏唱,这样使学生感到很轻松很愉快。然后老师说:It’s time for class. Are you ready? Now, we are going to learn“Unit3 Lesson 17”然后板书课题。

  利用服装来进行教学服装的英语单词,并用句型What is it? What are they?引出对服装的认识(汉语),利用单词卡片,然后老师教读,学生跟读,书空拼读,并纠正错误的发音,提问“What colour is it?” 引导学生说短语激发了学生展示自我的意识,并为下节课的教学做铺垫。三年级的学生英语字母的正确书写尤为重要,激励学生上台在四线三格书写,并给予奖励。

  设计理念:

  我以实物的呈现,贴近学生的生活,情景真实,学生理解得很快,并激发了学生的兴趣。五个单词教学时间很长,为了让学生更好的掌握单词,在教学时出示单词卡认读,开火车读,走近学生有相应的服装进行练读,从而激发了学习兴趣,加深所学知识。

  第四步:趣味操练,巩固认知

  在操练时,我首先进行了一些机械的操练活动,如“Look and Guess”看口形、猜单词:老师不出声说单词,学生猜是什么单词,猜对的学生可获得一个奖品。接着做耳语传话游戏:老师将单词传给每组的第一个学生,由第一个学生小声往后传,以次类推,当传到最后一名学生时,由他大声说出来,哪个小组最先正确无误说出来,那个小组获得一个奖品。

  设计理念:游戏是儿童学习的一种重要途径,也是激发学生学习兴趣的最佳方法。正如苏霍姆林斯基所说:“如果用思考、情感、创造、游戏的光芒来照亮儿童的学习,那么学习对于儿童来说是可以成为一件有趣的事情”。因此,这部分教学在充分激发学生学习兴趣的前提下,重视对学生思维,观察能力的培养,特别是对学生合作学习能力的培养,让学生们在师生,生生等不同的合作方式中,学会倾听,学会评价,提高了学生的语言感悟能力和学习英语的积极性,为学生的终身学习奠定基础。

  第五步:学生提问,学生回答,练习新知

  在这一阶段让一名自告奋勇的学生上台用What is it? What are they?提问卡片上的服装单词,学生回答。

  设计理念:加深对单复数的理解,给学生自我展示的机会。

  第六步:课堂总结,总体评价。

  这节课你学会了什么?最后布置家庭作业:把今天学习的单词读给爸爸妈妈听。

  设计理念:通过对知识的小结,帮助学生将本课的信息进行加工、储存,从而明确教学目标、重点和难点。

  反思:这节课不论是新知识的呈现,还是操练运用,都能通过创设丰富的教学情景,紧紧地抓住学生,吸引学生,让学生积极参与到课堂中来。但我觉得在课堂操作上,有不少欠妥的地方,气氛也不够浓烈,有时没能和学生融合在一起。每上完一节课,总能找到这样或那样的不足,希望通过自己的努力,在教学中能够扫清迷惑,成为一位不断钻研与进步的英语教师。

  Step 4 Activity

  将学生分成6人小组,以小组为单位,要求他们充分发挥个性和创造性,在life in a British school和life in an American school两个主题中任选一个,用自己的语言去改编课文,然后每组推选一位同学上台展现成果。

  设计意图:让学生在愉快的活动中结束学习,使他们自始至终保持积极的态度,高效率地完成本课的教学任务,同时也培养了学生的表演能力。

  Step 5 Homework

  (1)要求学生用第三人称改写课文内容,向好朋友介绍一下美国和英国的学校生活。

  (2)要求学生多渠道地调查一下世界各地的学校生活,可以上网查询,可以向亲朋好友打听,也可以翻看报纸杂志等。

  教学评价:对于学生积极参与的态度效果应及时地给予适度的评价,主要采用激励法激发学生的学习兴趣。在教学过程中,采用小组竞争的形式,对于优胜组则给予一定的物质和精神的奖励。充分尊重学生在解决问题中所表现出来的不同水平,更注重过程性评价。

  综上所述可以看出,我积极以新课标为指导,以活动为方式,变课堂为生活,运用直观情景教学法,多媒体辅助法等使学生以生活为课堂,逐步提高综合语言运用能力,形成自主学习的良好习惯和方法。

So in this lesson I’ll mainly use "Communicative" Approach(交际教学法), "Whole language teaching" (整体语言教学法)and "Task-based" language teaching (任务教学法)。 To use these methods are helpful to develop the students’ abilities.

  Part 3 Studying Methods:

  Our students are all from the countryside. They are lack of the cultural background of the foreign countries.   Step3 Pre-task

My head hurts. etc.这为同学循序漸进地自然习得Seeing the doctor的`语言知识,铺垫了良好的语言学习基础。 因此,笔者根据Seeing the doctor 这个话题的交际性能强,实际运用广等特点,将本单元的教学战略重点定位在三个教学环节上,即,Presentation, Practice 和 Production上,将“激发兴趣,激活思维,轻松导入;读后仿说,逐层训练,强化能力;创设情景,迁移知识,实现交际”作为本单元设计的导向。

  1. Presentation-------激发兴趣 ,激活思维,轻松导入。

  一节课的良好开始,对于整节课教学顺利进行起着重要作用。教师依样画葫芦,精心设计Presentation环节,能够使同学感到新奇独特,引起求知欲望,促进其积极主动地投入到语言学习和探究活动中去,愉快地进入学习状态。

  4)Lesson72的导入方法

  Stick figuresl 采用简笔画手法,来引出新语言点link verb 的用法。如

  教师可利用这些简笔画,引导同学对图画进行讨论

  采用这种方法,不只仅是方便,直观,能引起同学的兴趣和注意力,更因为它们的恰到好处的运用,激活了同学的思维,为引出听力资料 Mr. Brown’s trouble 做好了准备。如通过对简笔画的讨论,把话题转入听力资料的内容中。

  2. Practice------- 读后仿说,逐层训练,强化能力.

  同学在教师的引导下学习了新句型,新单词以后,还必需对所学的知识进行巩固。在没有对新句型,新单词等达到一定的熟练程度之前,同学很难将所学的知识应用到实际生活中去。因此,采用师生合作,生生合作,结合话题,围绕新知识点进行对话,交流和讨论等活动,让同学获得基本的语言能力。如在训练句型have to 时,我设计了三个训练程序。

  师生问答 就Lesson 69的第三局部进行师问生答,并完成笔头作业。l

  生生问答 就句型Ifl you---,what do you have to do ? 进行pairwork 。

  小组讨论l 提供情景,加大信息量,引导同学进行groupwork. 如,

  1.If your mother is ill and she can’t cook supper for you when you come back from school one day. What do you have to do ?

  2.One day when you were on your way to school, You saw an accident happen. An old man was lying on the ground. He couldn’t move .What did you have to do ?

  然后,以小组为单位,选派代表一人,作小组总结。通过点评,分析,比较等方法,使个人的思维在集体知识中得到发挥,使一些困难在相互启发,相互争论,相互补充中得到弥补。同时,也注重挖掘了教材中的情意因素,激发了同学的社责任感和爱心。

  当然,根据不同的教学内容,有不同的强化训练手段。如,对Lesson70 的阅读文章的Practice方法是:

  表层分析——复述应答:l 要求同学机械重复课文中的内容,使课文信息再现。(是非题,课后问答题,图表填空题,竞赛等)

  深层剖析——推断应答:l 要求同学利用信息,凭借经验理解读物的“弦外之意”。(指导性问题和细节性问题)

  整体评价——自由交际:l 要求同学用所学知识,对新情景进行交际。(教师选择恰当的,与课文相关和有关社会热点的Topics。)

  (其中一,二两层的练习目的是为了“记忆—分析”所认知的语言信息,巩固语言知识,提高掌握语篇能力,为获得交际能力,即为第三层“自由交际”,打下扎实基础。)

  3. Production-------创设新景,迁移知识,实现交际。

  在基本技能形成之后,教师鼓励同学用所学知识就新的情景进行突出主题的迁移操练,实现语言技能向语言交际能力的转化,达到学以致用的目的。例如,我对本单元中的Production环节设计了如下方法:

  Good morning, everyone, Today, it‘s a pleasure for me to stand here and I‘m very pleased to have such an opportunity to share some of my teaching ideas with you. First, let me introduce myself. My name is Guo Xinzhi, and I am working as an English teacher in Yong‘an Middle School, Congtai District of Handan. My topic today is taken from Lesson 37 of Unit 5 in Student Book 4. The main content of this unit is ―Go With Transportation‖, and the topic of Lesson 37 is ―Flying Donuts‖. I have decided to say the lesson from six parts:

  Part One —— Analysis of the Teaching Material One:

  Status and Function

  1. This unit tells us the improvement of traffic transportation and the related stories. Besides learning this, students will also learn some words, phrases and expressions of traffic, and so on. In Lesson 37, Danny will introduce a new type of transportation to us, it is imaginary.

  2. To attain ―four skills‖ request of listening, speaking, reading and writing, I will have the students do some exercise about the text.

  3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. I will lead the students to use their imagination and encourage them to be creative. For example, helping them use English to describe their imaginary transportation. So I think if the students can learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to make them learn the rest of this unit.

  4. While teaching them, I will also encourage them to say something about what they think the future transportations will be like. In a way, from practising such a topic, it can be helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken language. Two: Teaching Aims and Demands

  The teaching aims basis is established according to Junior School English syllabus provision.

  Knowledge objects

  (1) To study the new words ―fuel‖, ―oil‖ and ―coal‖.

  Three: Teaching Keys and Difficult Points The teaching keys and difficult points‘ basis is established according to Lesson 37 in the teaching materials position and function.

  (2). Know about the improvement of transportation and Danny‘s invention. 2. Difficult points: Be able to talk about their imaginary future transportation in oral English. Part Two —— The Teaching Methods 1. Communicative teaching method;

  2. Audio-visual teaching method;

  3. Task-based teaching method;

  4. Classified teaching method. As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in the Middle School is to cultivate students‘ abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson I‘ll mainly use ―Communicative‖ teaching method, ―Audio-visual‖ teaching method and ―Task-based‖ teaching method and ―Classified‖ teaching method. That is to say, I‘ll let the students get a better understanding of the key structures. I‘ll give the students some tasks and arrange some kinds of activities, like talking, watching CAI, and reading in roles. In a word, I want to make the students the real masters in class while the teacher himself acts as director. I also hope to combine the language structures with the language functions and let the students receive some moral education while they are learning the English language.

  Part Three —— Studying ways

  1. Teach the students how to be successful language learners.

  2. Make situation and provide meaningful duty, encourage the students to study the text by themselves.

  Part Four —— Teaching steps As this lesson plays an important part in the English teaching of this unit, I have decided the following steps to train their ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially reading and speaking ability. The entire steps are: Step1 Warm-up and Lead-in Show the students some pictures of common transportations, like car, bike, train and so on. Ask the students: What can you see from the picture? Is there another kind of transportation around us? Purpose of my designing: In this part, have the students say more about what they see or what they don‘t see. In this way, they will know today‘s lesson has something to do with their discussion. Step2 Presentation 1. Learn new words in groups. The new word in this lesson are fuel, oil and coal. Show them pictures of these things and teach them these new words.

  Purpose of my designing:

  1. After seeing the pictures, the students will know what they are and they can learn them quickly and easily.

  2. Play the tape recorder. Let the students listen and imitate the text. Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation. Then finish the exercises on the computer. Purpose of my designing: This step is employed to make the students get the general idea of the text. At the same time let the students have a chance to practise their listening and speaking ability.

  3. Text Learning and a Quiz I‘ll use CAI to present the whole text. I‘ll write the key points on the blackboard while they are watching. After watching, I‘ll teach them to read the words and sentences on the Bb. Make sure they can read them well. After teaching them the whole text, including the meanings of new words, the use of similar expressions and so on. Get the students to try and say out some phrases on the screen, like I don‘t think so, have fun, a new kind of, on the way to school, and so on. Purpose of my designing: To present the text by CAI is much easier for the students to learn and grasp the meanings. CAI can provide a real situation with its sound and picture and it makes the relationships between the students better.

  4. Key Structures and Difficult Points Learning First, I will divide the students into three groups and tell them to have a discussion about what they learn in this lesson. Then encourage them to try to understand the whole text, know what the difficult points are, and so on. At last, I will help them to master them all. For example, I teach the students know the differences between phrases think of, think about and think over. I will show them some sentences and get them to know the use of these phrases. Encourage them to do some exercise about these phrases. Purpose of my designing: By practising using these new words and similar phrases, the students will know how to use them in English and master the use of them better.

  5. Read and Say Give the students two or three minutes to prepare, and then get them read the text together in three groups. Tell them to read aloud. Then help the students say something about the future transportation or their imaginary transportation. Encourage them to say more. Purpose of my designing: By reading the text and saying such things, get the students to practise their reading and speaking ability again.

  Part Five —— Summarize and Homework Ask the students such questions:

  What have we learned from this lesson? What does Danny say about his new kind / type of transportation? Do you like his idea? What new phrases have we learned today? Do you have enough confidence to finish these exercises? Now, let‘s try! Then show them some exercises and help them to finish them. At last, tell the students what today‘s homework is. While doing this, the teacher can have the boys and girls have a competition to see who are better.

  一、教材分析

  (一)教材的地位和作用

  本单元的中心话题是Inventions,整个单元的内容是围绕Vacations以生动、活泼的对话,以及个人的自我介绍展开的。而且这些旅游胜地都与我们的生活密切相关,通过本单元的学习,要求学生能够谈论自己想去的地方,并学会介绍旅游景点,同时了解世界各地的一些名胜古迹,从而能自觉地保护地球,保护环境。因此,国家和旅游景点的介绍,不仅在本单元占据主导地位,也是训练学生口语表达能力的良好素材。根据新目标对学生交际能力的培养,尤其对学生口语及阅读能力的要求不断提高,以及农村学生的实际情况,我将本课设计为一堂口语会话课。

  (二)教学目标的确立和依据

  为了完成正常的教学任务,还要有效地培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,我确立如下的教学目标:

  2.难点:根据实际情况,我认为本单元的难点有两方面:A:如何从地图中熟练地找出学过的国家和城市所在的地理位置。B:口语水平的提高。我们班的学生都是来自偏远,教学条件落后的农村,在小学阶段都对英语几乎是一无所知,升到初中后,一切要从头开始,学习的难度可想而知。加上传统的英语教学注重书本知识的讲授,忽视交际能力的培养,使大部学生不敢开口,羞于在人前表达而使口语薄弱。我想通过创设引人入胜的情境和师生共同讨论,自选地点与同学自由会话,以及不断鼓励的方法突破难点。

  二、教学方法

  由于英语是一门综合性与实践相结合的科目,根据本文内容,结合创新教育理论,在课堂中教学中采用讲、练相结合的方法,让学生在45分钟内自己研讨,充分进行口语练习。另外,充分利用各种图片、实物创设情境,使学生自然融于对话的意境中去,从而将学习与美术、游戏、旅游活动相结合,以深化对知识的.感悟、对英语听、说、读、写等全方面的培养。

  三、学法指导

  一个差的老师只会奉献而好的老师则会交给学生,发现真理的方法。中国有句古话“受人以鱼,不如授人以渔”,学习也是这样,要教学生学会学习,才是每一个从教者的目标。本单元是口语会话课,以讨论法引导学生在自主学习重点单词与语法的基础上鼓励他们合作、探究、小组活动等。注重学生的口语实践和学习体验,不求面面俱到,但求积极参与,独特体验。

  四、教学环节的设计

  学生具有无限的潜力,我们常说“没有学不好的学生,只有教不好的老师”。因此,在教学中需要教师适时适当的引导,本节课中我尤其侧重训练学生通过合作、探究来获取知识的过程,并注重改变学生以往的学习方法,通过设计有效地例句来引导学生,使他们始终处于主动寻求知识的渴望。我充分放手让学生发挥其主体地位,使其真正成为课堂的主人。本节课我讲解的时间不超过15分钟,让学生有充分的30分钟进行会话,以达到了解、掌握本单元的重点的目的,课前我给学生布置了预习作业,让他们查找有关国家、城市的相关图片或资料,使学生在预习中就掌握了大量的信息,具备了相应的选择能力和重组能力,这也恰恰是新课程标准的要求。

  五、教学程序

  1、课前对话

  师生问候之后,让当前值日的学生到讲台前进行课3分钟演讲,内容是当天的天气、日期、自己的家庭、个人爱好等等。如果有可能的话,让一些有能力的同学自己写一些小短文,如:学习心得、对某些事物的感受等。之后再给学生3——5分钟,让他们就这些内容进行提问,回答。这种口语练习的目的是为了提高学生的交际能力,新课标指出口语是在人与人交流时即兴脱口而出的会话,双方必须对听到的语言做出快速反应,才能使谈话继续,同时,由于口语具有很强的交互性,这都要求在平时要多为了学生的口语学习创造必要的条件,提供良好的训练。

  2.热身

  用多媒体向学生出示一张世界地图,通过世界地图让学生复习以前增经学过的国家和地名,并教授本课的新单词,如:Brazil Florida Amazom Niagara falls

  3.句型的教学

  同样,利用课件中的图片引入句型:where would you like to visit ? I would like to visit U.S.A. Why would you like to visit U.S,A ? Because it is beautiful 。然后放手让学生给出不同的回答,同时,展示一些城市的图片,让学生操练句型,以达到熟练掌握地图的目。

  4.听力部分

  本课中2a.2b.2c.组成了一个完整的听力活动体系,2出示了一张有关几个人想去某地旅游的图片,并给出想去某地的句子。2是三个不想去某地的理由。2是这个听力要运用到的重点句型。这个听力的安排由易到难,便于学生的理解,可以让学生轻松做出习题,对他们今后的发展打下坚实的基础。

  5.合作与发展

  接下来我会再次展示一些各地名胜古迹的图片,鼓励学生可以利用手中的工具书自己查找他们感兴趣的国家和地点,小组合作进行交谈。以这种方式充分把学生们的积极性调动起来,这样设计的目的是:一是可以把书本中的知识进行力所能及的巩固与拓展,对优等生解决吃不饱的问题。二是可以通过这一环节来增强与他人合作的机会,技巧和方法。

  6.交流与分享

  让学生自愿到前面来充当采访的小记者,对每个学生进行采访,提问他们想到哪个城市去旅游,并把采访结果进行分类,与大家交流分享。

  7.最后一个环节是作业,写一个小短文。

  简单写一下自己想去哪个城市,并说出想去这个城市的理由。

  本节课教学效果的预测:

  90%的学生认真听讲,70%的学生能够积极参与教学,60%的学生能表达自己的思想,并通过课下反馈了解学生对本课的掌握情况。
