　　It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. xx, a will-be graduate student of our school, in support of his application to the admission of graduate student at your department and fellowship.

　　I became acquainted with Mr. x in Summer, xxxx when he took my course. This is an optional course to introduce the newest research accomplishments. Mr.x’s concentration in class told me his interesting in this field. Although there is some distance between the course and what they were studying, Mr.x was always listening and making note carefully, and tried to find out the link of them. His diligence impressed me.

　　In my contact with him, I find that he is a promising young man. He never limits himself only in class. I even remembered his representation in school’s xx . Furthermore, I heard from his classmates that he always paies attention to liberal arts after class. Mr.x has organized and took part in some Chinese culture activities such as xx and xx，and he has been director of Green Island Literature Association, joined in edit and publish work.These experience made his live colourful.
