To be honest, I've never seen anyone like Forrest Gump in a movie before.Forrest Gump who is unfortunately to be born with a lower IQ and the muscle problem, usually, people always think this kind of person can't be successful in doing anything. But, instead, this unlucky man has achieved lots of incredible success, he is a football star, a war hero, and later a millionaire!
Forrest Gump not only shares his innocence and purity with others, ,he also manages to retain that innocence through some very difficult times. I love Forrest that he doesn't lose his purity through the movie, or maybe he just can't ,but either way, this shows us don't need to be evil or really intelligent to be recognised or successful.
It is just a movie, so maybe it doesn't work like that in reality.A simply means is that the acting and story of this film got a high level like the real . And in my definition that's what a good movie should be able to do.

The film shows kindness,thankness,honest,serious,bravry and all of beautiful things in our souls.It tells the story by Forrest Gump himself.He sits on the chair by the road and tells his experiences in his past time to the persons who are waiting for the bus.They come and go,however Forrest talking and talking.He doesn't mind what they are doing and how they are feeling .When I see the sences,I feel it risible.But this just accouts Forrest is a clinging man.
Forrest Gump isn't a genius man.He is even thought a big fool.In all his childhood,otherboys look down upon him and ofen laugh at him.But his mother regards him as a normal child and tells him that he is the same as the other boys.
One day he finds that he could run fast like wind.After thathe begin to run without any reason. Maybe he wants to escape from the unkind laughter and indignity.He may be a fool.But in the first he is a man.he has his own motions.He leads his life in his own ways and never complains anything and never gives up. Because of this,he gets surprising upshots every time.He escapes from the fiece fight.He is saw by several presidents and gets his lover he loves so much.What a luckey dog he is!Most people would think that they prefer to be a fool like Gump.

I think that the best movies are those that you 'appreciate' or understand after seeing it more than once.However,with 'forrest gump',i fell in love with it after the first 15 minutes and knew it would be in my top 10 straight away.
It is so unique because of the character Forrest Gump himself,who has a low IQ of only 75.Although he is 'mentally challenged',he finds himself in historic and troublesome situations and like that he manages to 'forrest gump' his way out of it and end up a hero or role model.but the real beauty in this movie to me was his ability to simplify the complexities of the world we live in and somehow do what some war movies fail to do.show the importance of world peace or what love movies can't deliver...the importance of love.
I love that Forrest doesn't lose his innocence and purity throughout the movie,or maybe he just can't but either way,this shows you don't need to be evil or really intelligent to be recognised or successful.Then again it is just a movie (and a very good one too).So maybe it doesn't work like that in reality.what that simply means is that the acting and story of this film was incredibly touching on a real level.And in my definition that's what a good movie should be able to do.

Stupid as he is, he gains his brilliant life indeed.
At the beginning of reading this novel, I thought an idiot’s life must be more difficult than others. His life must be full of mocks. My thoughts are proved in the book. Because he is an idiot, all the people look down upon him. Most of boys don’t want to share one seat with him on bus; many bad guys throw stones to hit him; he cannot be allowed to study into primary school at first; Jenny is the only girl that he loves all his life. But she thinks Forrest Gump doesn’t understand what’s love at first ……
After finish reading this novel, I learned a lot. Sometimes I think he is not a fool but a genius. His attitude to life is even clever than ordinary people.
Firstly, he is optimistic. He doesn’t do anything wrong but the society is unfair to Forrest. I felt very sad to him. However, Forrest is as optimistic as his mother .he always remembers his mother’s words: “ stupid is someone who did stupid things.” He does not do something stupid.

This is a powerful yet charming movie; fun for its special effects and profound in how it keeps you thinking long after it"s over. Like others, I"ve seen this movie more than once. One comment I"ve never heard is that Forrest"s simplicity is almost zen-like. I should read the novel to get the author"s intention （I remember some people preferring the book and complaining that no one at the Academy Awards gave him any credit.） But rather than an implication that you should do what you"re supposed to do and believe in God and you"ll win in the end, I see it as zen-like, i.e., living in the moment and not having expectations or particular cravings （other than his loving Jenny.）
So he ends up just stumbling into all the major historical events of the time. Granted, he achieves this only because he doesn"t have the brains to think otherwise and actually have expectations, but so many of our problems are because we do have higher intellect and desires, which ironically makes us unhappy because we know what we are missing. We love our cats and dogs for the same simplicity and always being in the moment. There"s a line in the movie wondering if everything is predestined or happens randomly or it"s a combination of both. It is something to mull over for a long time.
