　　那是一个炎热的夏天，一位民工走进了××邮局：政府啊，我要办事。浓浓的乡音，使前台营业员忍俊不禁。营业班长刘××耐心地询问用户要办什么事情，原来这位用户初到北京要为家里打电话报平安。在他的眼里，邮局的人是穿官衣、办公事的'，就是政府。刘××指导用户办完了业务，叮嘱了他初到北京的注意事项。第二天的班前会上，刘××提出了这样的问题：用户为什么称我们是政府？在热烈的议论声中，年轻的员工明白了邮政服务在人民心中崇高的地位。邮政员工的言行不光代表着企业形象，更关系着政府在人民心中的公信力。多少年来，正是在这种“每日一题，一事一议”务实型的班前会中，升华了员工的思想，提升了员工诚信守诺的素质。

　　在××邮局，无论是局长、还是员工，常说的一句话就是：不用把用户当成抽象的上帝，只把他当成对门的大妈，隔壁的阿姨。用平常心，为用户做平常事，用细心做好服务中的细节。××邮局刚刚开办国际通关业务不久，一位用户到邮局为在美国的儿子寄被子与书籍，用户觉得被子体积较大，寄水陆邮件划算，书籍急用，寄航空邮件。服务台的老师傅向用户提出了中肯的建议：被子体积虽大，但重量轻，把被子与书籍分开来寄，要花两个封装费、挂号费、起重费、报关费，不如放在一起寄航空件合适。用户将信将疑，于是工作人员与用户一起进行了反复的核算比对，用户发现，一起寄航空件不但省了100多元钱，而且缩短了被子的时限。此后，这位用户不但寄国际邮件到××邮局，就是寄封挂号信也要舍近求远跑到××邮局交寄，用她的话说就是：在这办业务放心。

　　随手拈来，××邮局的对外服务中，有太多这样的细节，它们就象是和风、象细雨，润物细无声中，把邮政人的诚信理念根植在了广大的用户心中。如果说，细节服务是企业诚信建设中的美丽的浪花，那么××邮局的延伸服务，则是诚信建设中的火石，不断地擦出诚信建设中的火花。

　　××年的1月15日17时，包裹台营业员张×发现了柜台上有一个棕色的钱包，问遍了大厅里所有的用户都没有找到失主，张×把钱包交到了局长室。局长打开钱包，发现里面有800元现金，2张银行卡，5张名片。按照明片上的电话打过去，没有找到失主。于是局长只好调来了包台17时左右的包单、速递单收据，一一拨打寄件人的电话。终于在拨打第28个电话时联系上了某售楼中心的候小姐。候小姐接到电话时感到非常意外，她说：我有好多年丢了东西不找了，因为找也找不到，但你们这28个电话，使我感到了诚信的回归，谢谢你们，不光是为了这个钱包。

　　“不光是为这个钱包”。候小姐意味深长的话语，让我们感受到了肩上的沉甸甸的责任。诚信回归任重道远，邮政人责无旁贷。
