　　statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

　　whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

　　when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

　　if i were a boy again, i would practice perseverance(毅力)more often, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient. if we want light, we must conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “there are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.”

　　if i were a boy again, i would school myself into a habit of attention; i would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. i would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. the habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown-up people say “i could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although i wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.

　　if i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.

　　if i were a boy again, i would look on the cheerful side. life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, i smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.

　　inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”

　　finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, i would, if i were a boy again, i would still try harder to make others happy.

　　大家好！

　　经过了一个平安、愉快的暑假，我们满怀着新的希望迎来了XX年的秋季。在这流光溢彩的日子里，为了追求心中的理想，为了汲取知识的营养，我们齐聚在三塘铺中心小学这艘正待扬帆的航船上。今天我很荣幸有这样一个机会坐在这里代表新教师发言。首先我要感谢三塘铺中心小学给了我一个实现人生抱负的机会和展示自我风采的舞台。

　　我认为，作为新教师，这本人生新篇章的扉页上应当写上这么四句：

　　第一句，教书育人是教师的天职。

　　“师者，传道、授业、解惑也”。教师必须以严谨、务实、勤奋的态度对待教学工作，精心备课，细心讲解，耐心解答，努力把学生培养成为德、智、体等各个方面全面发展的人。

　　第二句，为人师表是教师的本份。

　　“德高为师，身正为范”。所谓言传不如身教，教师应当成为学生的道德榜样，以自己的道德意愿去醒觉学生的道德意识，以自己的道德感情去感染学生道德情感，以自己的道德行动去引导学生的道德行为。

　　第三句，终身学习、追求卓越是教师的根本。

　　“问君哪得清如许，为有源头活水来”。要给学生一碗水，教师就必须要有一桶水；更何况当今世界，知识更新日益加快，知识获取途径越来越多样化。因而教师必须持续不断的学习，刻苦钻研业务，不断提升和完善自己，才能担负起教师的职责和尽好教师的本份。作为新教师不但要向书本学，更要向老教师请教，同时也要不耻下问，虚心向学生学习。

　　第四句，尽心尽责、服务学生是教师的使命。

　　我认为，教师与学生本质上是一种共生关系。在日常生活中表现为“想学生所想，急学生所急，谋学生所谋”；而在精神层面则表现为“价值理念的共享生成，行为风范的相互习染，精神风貌的共同塑造”。一句话，“尽心尽责、服务学生”就是“本着服务的心，对学生的未来生命质量负责”。这是教师不可推卸的使命。

　　最后，我们衷心希望同学们在一段新的人生起跑线前认真审视自己，确立奋斗目标、端正学习态度、遵规守纪、刻苦学习，用拼搏书写一支奋斗的战歌，用热情投入谱写出一曲昂扬的旋律。作为教师，我们会关注你们的成长，指导你们的学习，我们会为你们的努力加油鼓气，会为你们的进步欢呼欣喜。也许有时我们显得很严厉，这个“不许”、那个“必须”，那是因为我们深知在你们通往成功的道路上布满太多荆棘，我们要对你们严格要求，培养你们战胜困难的勇气和能力。努力吧，亲爱的同学们，为自己的青春留一段无悔的记忆，在我们的三塘铺中心小学史册上给出浓墨重彩的一笔。让我们携手努力，创造出更加辉煌的成绩！

　　We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.

　　We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes.

　　Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth.As we tragically learned from last summers floods.We cannot continue our carelessness.

　　Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity.

　　Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to come.

　　How severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother? how much more they will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to inherit? let us start respecting and caring for nature from now on.

　　We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. 　　We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself.

　　大家下午好！

　　我是今年分配过来的特岗教师。能在开学典礼上代表新分配来的老师们发言，我感到荣幸，却又心存不安。因为在我们新教师的队伍中有优秀班主任；有教学经验丰富的优秀教师；也有虽然刚踏上教职，但活力四射、青春动感的美女老师。而我只是这支队伍中普通又平凡的一员。

　　借此机会，首先，我万分感激校领导的信任，把这次重要的发言托付给我；接下来，十分感谢同事们对我工作、生活上的关照；当然，也谢谢我七（4）班可爱的孩子们，是你们的朴素、纯真和懂事唤起了我内心的感动，使我快速跃过了对新环境的适应期，让我进入了教师和班主任的角色中。

　　今天在这，我并不能代表所有充满爱心和满怀热情的新老师，我姑且只谈谈自己到达我们高洲中学后的见闻与感受。接下来我呈现给大家的，是我这几天从我们学校师生身上所见、所闻、所历的。我也恳请新老师们原谅我用自己的感触“代表”你们的心声。

　　作为一名特岗教师，激动之余，我内心更多了一种使命。自我从事教职的第一天，我便急欲将我的所学向我们可爱的孩子们“兜售”。通过媒体，我了解到，我们的乡村教师凭借教育事业的热爱和执着信念，呕心沥血地坚守在乡村校园的讲台上从未动摇，为培养一批批走出乡村、迈进城市、走向世界的优秀人才做出了不可磨灭的贡献。我来自一个小山村，我崇拜我的恩师们，现在，我要接过恩师们的教鞭，将乡村教师那无私的爱心，难以割舍的责任一直传递下去，永不言弃。

　　来到这里就，同事们问我最多的是，我对这儿的印象。我的回答简单而真实，印象很好！可能老师和同学们觉得我不够真诚，然而，每到一个新地方，我不会在意这儿的高楼多少，商场几所，酒店几家，我只关注这儿的人，关注这儿的自然环境。

　　这儿的人，淳朴又热情，彼此间全无生疏、隔阂。忠明老师、小虎老师是我最先接触的高州人，最先认识的高洲中学老师，忠明老师30号冒雨至县城接我们几个特岗教师的情景仍在我眼前不时闪现。到校后，同事们的笑脸，让我们几个消除了心内还未生根的陌生感。在接下来的几天里，我尤其感受到了同事们对我们新教师在生活上的关心与照顾，热心的照顾使身在异乡的我全然不觉自己是异客。

　　高洲的自然环境，山环水绕，鸟啁虫鸣，一眼见到它，没有谁不会爱上它。俗语有云，仁者乐山。高洲的群山，孕育了高洲人的淳朴与热情。沿途领略的美景虽不及此处的十分之一，却让我更期待高洲的菜花，黄沙的高天岩。在如此优美的环境下工作与学习，这于萍乡市内的师生来说，实在是种奢望。而我却不必奢望，因为我身处其中；我们同学更不必奢望，因为我们的家在画中。

　　爱山的孩子室稳重的，大气的，上进的。我们同学立足家乡，终将走出高洲。哪天，你远离了家乡，哪天，你终将想念这里的一山一水、一草一木，你怀念这里简单而进取的村居学习生活。作为老师，我预祝同学们能在今后的人生路途中一帆风顺，我更希望我们同学能用你的所学为家乡造福。

　　热情高洲，山水高洲，深深吸引并打动着我，相信我们新教师和我一样，深深为这儿所打动。请校领导和我们可爱的孩子们放心，热爱着高洲的新老师一定会扎根于此，服务高洲中学，尽职尽责做好基层教育工作，为山乡的孩子们献出自己的所有心力。

　　在此，我有个不情之请，还请同事们为我们新教师多提宝贵意见与建议，您的良言是我们成长的不懈动力。
