　　Good morning/ afternoon!

　　It’s my great honor to deliver a speech here. Today My topic is “ Faith”---- a word that has changed the world. Next , I will share a real story with you.

　　On June the 10th, a sudden disaster hit my hometown linxiang, a small city in Hunan Province, which took away hundreds of peoples’ lives. MaoLouyan ---- a 15-year- old boy lost all his family members in this disaster. No matter who suffered this would feel desperate to life. However, MaoLuoyan, the young but brave boy didn’t do so. He believed that he was the only hope of his family and should live bravely to let the dead rest . Everytime when he missed his family members, the faith helped him to get out of the shadow and made him face his life bravely. So the strong faith has changed his inner world.

　　Ladies and gentlemen, just imagine that if maoluoyan did’t have a faith , how could he survive alone in the future

　　Faith is a spiritual power that helps us to get through whatever life may present. Great Russia writer Robin once said: a man of no principle is useless, while a man of no faith is a rubbish. Thus people who have faith will become stronger than those who don’t have, and sometimes they are even strong enough to change the world.

　　Look upon the history, we can find a lot of people with faith who

　　has changed the world. Just take our great ancestor SiMaqian for example, he was suffering a humiliation punishment, Instead of committing suicide.He chose to endure the humiliation and owned a faith . He believed that: “Though death befalls all men alike, it may be weightier than Mount Tai or lighter than a feather.” It is the faith that encouraged him to live and do something meaningful to change the world. And finally he accomplished a famous and great work-----SHIJI which has made a significant

　　contribution to our nation, even the whole world. So it is faith that has changed both his world and the whole world .

　　Faith to the world is what melody to music. It can not only change your world, but also the whole world. So ladies and gentlemen, please be faithful, for it has changed the world and will always change the world ! Thank you!

I am an auditor, and will make contact with more than one supplier every week in my office. So I could say that the auditor position is our company's external window, which can reflect the company's service level to some degree. Next I will share with you my opinions on how to enhance service level, to build service brand of Xichai:

　　First, it’s important to improve work efficiency to make suppliers to feel our fast and meticulous appraisal of price, and a rigorous process of price management. Second, when having a price negotiation, we’d better provide reliable information. The more

　　professional we are, the more faithful the suppliers will be with Xichai. So that we can have a win-win result. Third, we can put forward suggestions for the improvement of the product, and help to reduce the cost on the basis of good quality. Through the above three methods of post brand construction, I have no doubts we can make the suppliers to put emphasis on long-term cooperation as far as possible, and more willing to provide better product and better service to Xichai. In turn, it also plays a role in improvement of our diesel engine. In a word, service brand building is very important for the brand construction of the company as a whole. Definitely, creating excellent personal brand is a good way to strengthen the advance of corporate brand.

　　Considering that businesses brand is the key factor for the long-term healthy development of enterprise. Xichai has promoted brand building to a very top height. So the employees in Xichai, especially the young people have to carry out the requirement of brand building in practical.

　　whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whats next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart theres a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

　　when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80. thats all !

　　blue has always been my favorite color, and i think it will always continue to be so.

　　i have several reasons for liking this color best. first, it is a very soothing color and makes people happy. how do people feel when they wake up to day when the sky is a dirty greysad and gloomy. but when the sky is a deep blue, good cheer and joy enters our hearts.

　　another reason why i am most partial to blue is that it is the color of oceans and rivers and lakes on a sunny day. whenever i go swimming, i feel as though i were reborn. i have also heard that in english, the term “true blue” means to be faithful. as i have a great respect for the quality of faithfulness, this is one more reason for my liking blue so much.

　　i remember that when i was in my teens, i used to rebel at many of the “do’s” and “don’ts” my parents used to dictate to me. for example, when i kept on playing jazz records on the record player, my father used to condemn such music as sheer noise and replace them with disks of classical music that i always considered extremely dull.

　　my mom and dad were also very particular about the friends i went out with, always quoting the maxim the “one rotten apple could ruin a whole barrel of apples.” when i insisted that i sleep with my pet dog peppy, they immediately said no because they thought that i would be bitten by fleas.these are just a few examples of many of the things that i thought my parents were ueasonable about. today, however, i am also the father of a boy of fifteen, and i find that i, too, am pressuring my son with a lot of rules and regulations that he seems to find hard to swallow. the other day, i noticed that my son’s hair was altogether too long, so i told him to go to the barber’s and get it trimmed short. ordinarily, he is fairly obedient, but this time he put his foot down.

　　“what’s wrong with long hair” he said. “all my buddies have long hair. and besides, it’s my own hair, isn’t iti don’t think you have the authority to order me to cut it short, even if you’re my father!”

　　when i was a boy, if i had spoken with such impertinence to my father, i know that he would have given me a good thrashing. but i suddenly realized that we are now living in a more liberal world, and that my son’s insistence on wearing his hair long was merely an instance of the generation gap that existed between us. so i relented, and so he still wears his hair long.
