尊敬的各位领导、老师，

　　下午好!

　　我是08年参加工作的一位老师，与其说是经验交流，还不如说是我的教学总结，我就把我的一些做法说给大家，望得到大家的指正。

　　作为一名英语教师，我首先通读了教材和教师用书，在备课时，我将每个单元的四个板块合力整合，参考教参上的教学方法，形成自己的教学风格。

　　1、让学生适应英语课堂。老师要很快的让学生适应课堂，适应老师的口令和动作。如：老师说到“Read after me”的时候,学生就能知道是“跟我读”等类似的口语。

　　2、用歌曲的方法辅助教学，激发学生的兴趣，同时在歌曲中仍要注意强调、纠正学生的发音。

　　3、注意教学的重难点，由易到难，由浅入深，当老师每节课都有渗透时，后面的单位就相对简单。

　　4、有效的`机械操练必须是快节奏的操练，有时一个单词在一个学生身上需要一分钟，浪费了课堂时间，这就需要我们老师很好的把握课堂，组织好教学。

　　其次，我说一下对学生的评价。我觉得应该做到：

　　1、不可淘汰教学，要面向全体学生，让每一个学生参与单词认读、课文朗读。

　　2、对每一个学生可有不同的标准，注意学生的性格发展，让学生有创造地学习。

　　3、不吝啬表扬，哪怕是一个“Good”或者一个微笑，学生都会信心倍增。

　　以上是我在教学中的一些见解，肯定有不足之处，希望在座的各位老师不吝赐教。在今后的工作中，我将一如既往、不断的改进自己和提高自己。

　　大家好！

　　我是邹城市郭里中学一名普通的英语老师，很荣幸能参加本次交流会并与各位老师见面。

　　我是怀着兴奋而又激动的心情参加本次交流会的：兴奋于自己作为一名偏远山区的老师有了这样一次宝贵的学习机会；激动于在这儿能作为代表与大家面对面交流。

　　今天要给大家交流的并不是什么经验，只是我在实际教学过程当中的一些做法和感想。讲的东西可能还不够成熟与完善，希望诸位同仁多多指点。

　　这些年来，我在自己的教学过程当中一直尝试着使用一种“说唱”的形式来进行英语教学，自己感觉还是蛮有收获的，直接的结果是：我变得越来越热爱自己的事业、“乐教”了；学生“乐学”了。所谓“说唱”就是把歌曲、口诀、快板、相声、小品等学生喜闻乐见的艺术形式运用到实际的英语教学中，从而让学生在一种愉悦的氛围里自然习得英语知识，达到课堂的高效率。这些形式可能很多老师都不同程度地使用过，我认为我的创意在于我把初中三年五本教材几乎所有的单元重点都编成了老师易教、学生易学的歌曲、口诀。这样我就可以在每单元最后单设一个板块或“每周一歌”或“才艺表演”，来帮助学生复习、巩固。

　　歌曲的种类很多，包括：中国的、外国的、通俗的、流行的、摇滚的、说唱的等，但歌曲的曲调都是学生熟悉的、易学的。另外针对单词记忆、核心句型我也总结了不少相关的说唱材料。实际操作中我感觉这种方式生动有趣，学生更易接受，记忆也比较牢固。在这儿不妨给老师们举几个例子：

　　例如我们在教授表颜色词的时候，单词比较多，学生易混。为了让学生快速记忆单词并学会询问颜色的句型，我编了这样一首《颜色歌》：red是红色、orange是橙色、yellow是黄色、green是绿色；blue是蓝色、purple是紫色、pink、pink是粉色、white是白色。颜色怎么问？要用whatcolor。whatcolorisit?it’sblack。这样朗朗上口的歌曲把单词和句型结合到了一起，学生很容易掌握。

　　刚才是讲的单词学习，在核心句型学习上给老师们举个例子：我在学习whereareyoufrom?这个句型时给学生编了这样一首歌：whereareyoufrom，myfriend?i’mfrom美国america。

　　whereareyoufrom，myfriend?i’mfrom加拿大canada。利用这样一首耳熟能详的曲子你就可以反复训练该句型并能不断地补充国家名称。

　　在语法方面：我在教授失去爆破这一语言点的时候，记得课本上给了我们这样几个句子：idon’tknow。nottoday，comebacktomorrow。canitfly?idon’tthinkso。wouldyouliketoborrowittomorrow?我把它们谱成了曲子，是这样的：春天在哪里呀？idon’tknow。nottoday，comebacktomorrow。canitfly?idon’tthinkso。wouldyouliketoborrowittomorrow?

　　这是“唱”在教学中的应用，下面我想再谈一下“说”。我认为很多的艺术形式一旦恰当地应用于英语学习中，都会收到意想不到的'效果。例如我们在学习文具单词时，可以给学生编一个这样的口诀：我有一个小bag，里面装着小book、pencil-case文具盒，看看里面有什么：写字用的pen、pencil;削铅笔的sharpener。画画要用crayon，画直线要用ruler，我们画错了怎么办？那你就用eraser。具体操作时师生可以采用问答的方式进行，应该是比较有趣，效率也比较高。在语法方面，例如我在教授直接引语变间接引语时，正值电视剧《低头不见抬头见》热播，我引用了它的一句广告语“低头不见抬头见，打开电视天天看。”给学生做了一幅对联：现在不变过去变，一主二宾三不看。横批：灵活转换。里面的具体含义我认为在座的各位老师都很清楚，我就不再多说了。

　　所以说、唱的这种形式很多时候不是自己刻意去追求的，有时候就像是一种“偶得”，多来自于一时的灵感。用这种方式授课，一是因为我个人很喜欢唱歌，喜欢观看并参与一些文娱节目；另一方面是我们学校条件比较艰苦、硬件设施较差（当然如今在各级领导的关怀下学校条件改善了许多。）并且我把这种方式给了学生之后，他们热情很高、课堂效果很好，这样就坚定了我对这种方式的不断探索。

　　一开始存在许多迷惑，比如：说唱这种形式对于性格外向、开朗的同学效果不错；而对于内向、沉默的孩子却不太适合。说唱这种形式怎样才能使用地恰如其分？怎样才能让说唱不只是流于形式，而让其成为高效课堂的一个亮点？等等。后来在张莉老师、高国华老师的指导下，我不断地调整说唱法的使用，最终把它定位在：它只是一种常规课堂的辅助形式，以有利于学生的识记与理解，有利于减缓遗忘的速度为目的一种教学手段。

　　现在随着素质教育的深入、英语课时的减少，我将其作为促进课堂高效的一种方式仍然在不断摸索，也非常想得到大家的帮助；希望和诸位不断交流，共同为英语课堂的高效而努力。

　　听了周娟老师和殷涛老师的复习课后，给我的复习课指明了方向，让我认识到复习课不等同于练习课，它应该是小学阶段的一次系统、综合性的复习。它要求我们老师要准备地更充分，花的精力要更多，我们要对小学阶段的知识进行梳理、整合，帮助学生系统地、轻松地掌握知识。

　　我的复习步骤是：

　　从4A—6B按单元进行复习，注重知识点的梳理和基础词汇、句型的掌握。

　　2.按专题进行复习。如小学阶段的四种时态，对于学生来说是个难点，我们要舍得花时间进行系统讲解,通过比较不同时态句子结构、找关键词判断句子时态等方法,让学生真正理解不同时态的句型，并通过多样化的练习，让学生进一步加强理性认识，在实践中掌握。

　　3.易错题分析和综合练习。这时教师应侧重于考前的指导和适应性的练习，要做到精讲多练，努力提升学生的技能。

　　总复习期间，是学生最苦的时候，学生压力大，情绪波动也大，因此作为教师要多注意观察学生，及时处理学生的情感变化。不同的学生有不同的心理情况：对于自感压力太大的同学要耐心地疏导，从思想上为他“减负”，使其能在平静宽松的氛围中进行有序的复习，较好地完成学习任务；对于没有任何心理压力，还没进入复习状态的同学要给予一定的`压力，使其在压力之下也能较好地投入到紧张的复习中来；而对于学习困难且心理焦虑烦躁的同学更要给予特别的关爱，一方面要想方设法抽时间为其开小灶，一方面还要不断地鼓励赏识他们，同时要给他们适当地减压，使他们也能保持较好的情绪投入到紧张的复习中，并能尽最大努力取得最好效果。

　　The winner in 20xx surprised the audience, since she came from accounting major instead of English major. Gu Qiubei, then 22 years old, was a senior in Shanghai Foreign Studies University. While being asked whether she had some good methods to learn English, she said: “Learn English with passion and enthusiasm.” Attracted by the greatness of English language, Gu even changed her major from accounting to English in her postgraduate study. 　　Some of the contestants have achieved their dreams as Redstone; still others are on the way to their dream. With a passion to win, you will overcome obstacles and succeed at the end.

　　I’m studying in a city that’s famous for its walls. People who visit my city are amazed at the imposing sight of its walls, especially when silhouetted against the setting sun with gold, shining streaks. The old, cracked bricks are covered with lichens and the walls are weather-beaten guards standing still for centuries.

　　Our ancestors liked to build walls. They built walls in Beijing, Xi’an, Nanjing and many other cities, and they built the Great Wall, which snakes across half our country. They built walls to protect against enemies and evil spirits. This tradition has survived to this day: we still have many parks and schools walled off from the public.

　　For a long time, walls were one of the most natural things in the world to me.

　　My perceptions, however, changed after I made a hiking trip to the eastern suburbs of my city. My classmates and I were walking with some foreign students. As we walked out of the city, we found ourselves flanked by tall trees, which formed a wide canopy above our heads. Suddenly one foreign student asked me, “Where is the entrance to the eastern suburbs?”

　　“We’re already in the eastern suburbs,” I replied. He seemed taken aback, “I thought you Chinese had walls for everything.” His remark set off a heated debate. At one point, he likened our walled cities to “jails”，while I insisted that the eastern suburbs were one of the many places in China that had no walls.

　　That debate had no winners, but I did learn a lot from this student. For instance, he told me that some major universities like Oxford and Cambridge were not surrounded by walls. I have to admit that we do have many walls in China, and as we develop our country, we must look carefully at them and decide whether they are physical or intangible. We will keep some walls but tear down those that impede our development.

　　Let me give another example.

　　A year ago, when I was working on a term paper, I needed a book on business law and found a copy in the law school library. However, the librarian coldly rejected my request to borrow it, saying, “You can’t borrow this book, you’re not a student here.” In the end, I had to spend 200 yuan to buy a copy. Meanwhile, the copy in the law school gathered dust on the shelf.

　　At the beginning of this semester, I heard that my university had started to think of unifying its libraries and linking them to libraries at other universities, so my experience wouldn’t be repeated. Barriers would be replaced by bridges. An inter-library loan system would give us access to books from any library. With globalization and China integrated into the world, I believe many of these intangible walls will be knocked down.

　　I know that globalization is a controversial issue, and it is hard to say whether it is good or bad. But one thing is for sure: it draws our attention to China’s tangible and intangible walls and forces us to examine their role in the modern world.

　　And how about the ancient walls of mine and other cities? Should we tear them down? Definitely not. My city, like Beijing and other cities, is actually making a great effort to preserve the walls. These walls attract historians, archaeologists, and many schoolchildren who are trying to study our history and cultural heritage. Walls have become bridges to our past and to the rest of the world. If the ancient builders of these walls were still alive today, they would be proud to see such great changes in the role of their walls. They are now bridges that link East and West, South and North, and all countries of the world. Our cultural heritage will survive globalization.

　　Hi. I'm here to talk to you about the importance of praise, admiration and thank you, and having it be specific and genuine.

　　And the way I got interested in this was, I noticed in myself, when I was growing up, and until about a few years ago, that I would want to say thank you to someone, I would want to praise them, I would want to take in their praise of me and I'd just stop it. And I asked myself, why? I felt shy, I felt embarrassed. And then my question became, am I the only one who does this? So, I decided to investigate.

　　I'm fortunate enough to work in the rehab facility, so I get to see people who are facing life and death with addiction. And sometimes it comes down to something as simple as, their core wound is their father died without ever saying he's proud of them. But then, they hear from all the family and friends that the father told everybody else that he was proud of him, but he never told the son. It's because he didn't know that his son needed to hear it.

　　So my question is, why don't we ask for the things that we need? I know a gentleman, married for 25 years, who's longing to hear his wife say, "Thank you for being the breadwinner, so I can stay home with the kids," but won't ask. I know a woman who's good at this. She, once a week, meets with her husband and says, "I'd really like you to thank me for all these things I did in the house and with the kids." And he goes, "Oh, this is great, this is great." And praise really does have to be genuine, but she takes responsibility for that. And a friend of mine, April, who I've had since kindergarten, she thanks her children for doing their chores. And she said, "
