　　二、构建协调高效课堂

　　现在正处于应试教育向素质教育转轨时期，既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率：

　　1、认真备课。

　　大家都晓得，备好课是上好课的前提，备课包括备课标、备教材、备学生、备教法，备学法。教师要根据课程尺度请求，当真钻研教材，借助有关资料，了解、分析和掌握学生研究的立场、方法、能力和研究中存在的困难；选择最佳教学策略，确立合理的课堂教学模式，制定具体的教学环节，达到教学进程的最优化组合，有利于实现学生当堂掌握常识。看课程标标使我明白了课程的`总目标，也深入的理解了英语课程的工具性与人文性的统一，明白了英语教学在培养学生们初步的综合语言运用能力的基础上，还肩负着促进心智成熟，提高综合人文素养的重任，为教学的设计指明了方向。备教材，上课前翻阅各种材料、教师用书、研究资料及以往的相招考题，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些常识点扩展到什么水平，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。备学生，就是要了解学生的年龄特点、接受能力、常识储备情况，这样可以免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊的情况。备教法。每一级每个班学生特点各不相同，所以要注重仔细研究学生，采纳适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动。

　　2、用激情带动学生，焕发课堂活力。

　　我请求自己在备好课的基础上，每节课都满怀热忱地走进教室，哪怕身材不适、满心烦恼，在站上讲台，面向学生的那一刻，我都市面带笑脸，因为快乐的情感可以传染，假如你把快乐的情感、积极地心态传染给学生，他的研究效力可能会成倍增长。

　　3、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。

　　英语学科知识点多而杂，致使部分学生因记不住而失去兴趣。我会经常用各种灵活的活动帮助他们记忆，使学生轻松的掌握知识，提高兴趣。比如在初一教音标时，我用一个小故事把十二个单元音音素连起来，易于他们记忆，还有二十一个辅音字母的发音我也编了与发音相匹的动作帮助他们记忆。研究词汇eye时，用联想法可以帮助他们记忆，也可用谐音教学door，告诉学生门是用来防盗的，所以XXX坟墓的意思，发音是土墓，再比如umbrella谐音像俺不来了，因为下雨没伞。教学语法时，比如时态的教学，可以把几大时态的构成及用法比较对比研究，比较级最高级的教学，用实物或班里的同学设置真实的语境，操练句型。运用灵活的教学方法，可以降低研究的难度，激发学生们研究的兴趣。

　　三、经常查缺补漏，及时抓弱补偏

　　在提高课堂效力的基础上，还要指点、督促学生搞好课外复，防止常识的忘记，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发觉题目，办理题目。对于存在的题目，要有针对性的进行磨炼，并在下一步的教学中继续加以渗透，穿插复。对于存在题目的学生，耐心讲解，明确请求，基础常识，跟踪检查，人人过关。组织各小组互相检查所学基础常识，单词句型的听写背诵，用分数做好记录，一周一统记，对背的好的同学及时评价鼓励，对学困生先要做思想工作，多用鼓励性语言，调动其研究积极性。善于发觉他们的每一点进步，及时进行表扬鼓励，一定其成绩，提出进一步请求，引导他们争取更大的进步。班里一名学生，总成绩在班里十名左右，是升学的边缘生。我一看他的成绩，数理化很好，英语只有伍十几分，于是我找他谈话，给他分析了升学情况和他的现实情况，告诉他：“你只要把英语提上一点点，哪怕只考六十几分，你就有把握考上
