　　尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：

　　大家好!

　　我叫。上幼年时曾作过许多色彩斑斓的梦，当个播音员、或者当一名电视节目主持人是我最大的梦想。于是，我利用一切机会学播音，练演讲，说相声，打快板，表演舞蹈，主持节目。我参加爸爸所在部队的春节文艺晚会，我表演的快板书绕口令受到战士们的热烈欢迎。

　　我深深的知道，作一名合格的播音员或者电视节目主持人是一件非常不容易的事情，成长的道路上会有成功的喜悦，但更多的是失败的沮丧;会有收获的幸福，但更多的是耕耘的艰辛。但我有勇气、有决心去面对这一切。于是，今天，我站在了同学们中间。

　　我和在座的同学们一样，渴望展翅高飞，渴望将来有更大的发展空间，有施展才华的更广阔的天地。我想，有耕耘就会有收获。未来的四年里，由各位老师的倾情传授，我们一定会有一个无限美好的未来。

　　各位老师、同学，大家好，我叫宋一轩，于1996年6月11日出生，20岁，来自山东，齐鲁大地给了我现在这豪爽直爽的性格，但又不失稳重，后来不远千里的来到南京这城市求学。

　　来到大学学习的'这个事实与我的理想其实有很大的出入，难免有些郁闷，但在一段时间后，我认清了事实，很看互联网专业。"21世纪是网联网的世纪."这句话一点都不假，随着互联网的展，它为21世纪插上了腾飞的翅膀.后来在不断的培养兴趣过程中，我开始对互联网产生兴趣，今后的四年,我将在不断的学习进步中度过的。

　　“十年磨砺锋利出，宝剑只待君来识”。再苦再累，我都愿意一试，“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”，在以后的学习生活中，我一定会是一位尽自己的努力、过一个充实而又意义的大专生活。

　　General Introduction

　　I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

　　Education background

　　In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

　　At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

　　Research experience and academic activity

　　When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation schedu ling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

　　In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Schedu ling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
