考研复试自我介绍宝典
考研复试自我介绍分为两种：一种是中文介绍，一种是英文介绍。
中文介绍各个学校的时间不等，但基本在3分钟左右，主要介绍自己的优点、爱好、特长，生活和学习的经历，收到何种表彰，发表过哪些论文，参加过哪些社会活动等。中文自我介绍一定要有逻辑，最好按照时间顺序来介绍，这样导师会觉得这个学生逻辑性比较强。英文介绍比较简单，开始就是开场白：good morning开始，然后就是姓名，英文名，毕业院校，毕业专业，毕业学院等，其次就是性格，爱好，实践经验，最后就是为什么想考研，读研的目的，然后加上感谢语就OK 了。
有的学生在自我介绍的时候介绍的比较全，有的学生就比粗糙，下面跨考教育复试辅导名师陈丽娟老师来带同学们看两个中文案例，并一起分析一下其中的优缺点。
1、各位老师，早上好。首先我先自我介绍一下。我叫YJBYS，今年23岁，来自xx地方，2013年我本科毕业于xx大学，主修教育学(小学教育)专业，在大学四年里我学到了很多很多，我参加了很多社会实践，比如在大一的时候我就去一所小学实习，每个星期都去听他们老师上课，这个实践我一直坚持到大三，后来因为考研没有继续下去，通过这次实践，我学会了怎样耐心的对待学生，怎样去把一堂课上的完美，课堂的突发情况怎么处理等经验。另外我深知学习不易，我学习十分努力，每年都有校奖学金，还拿过两次国家级奖学金。我还积极研究关于小学教育类的课题，在大学四年期间我发表了3篇论文，其中有一篇在中文核心期刊发表过。除了和专业有关的活动外，2011年我还参加了校团委组织的大型的歌舞会，我很享受我的主持，我还参加过校园十佳歌手的比赛，虽然没能取得前3名，但我进了10强。我很感谢我大学遇到的老师和朋友，他们带给我很多知识和经验，让我的大学生活很丰富，很精彩。(诊断：诚实的介绍了自己的大学丰富的生活，让导师感觉自己还是挺有能力的)
我是应届毕业生，没有什么社会工作经验。我简单说下我为什么要考研。我喜欢做小学老师，我觉得我本科所学到的知识还不能足以让我成为一名优秀的老师，另外时代的需要，现在好多学校的老师都必须是研究生以上学历，所以我选择了考研。(诊断：介绍了考研的原因)
我觉得我开朗、严谨、乐于帮助的性格也比较适合做老师，如果有机会在该校学习，我会非常珍惜学习的机会，希望各位老师给我机会，我很期待我的研究生生活。谢谢各位老师!(诊断：开头过渡的很自然，最后还表达了自己强烈想上研究生的愿望)
从这篇案例可以看出，这个学生的自我介绍很全面，把自己的性格、爱好、大学生活等都一一介绍了，而且整个过度衔接的也比较好，让人觉得很舒服。通过整篇介绍老师已经能大体了解了这个学生，老师对这种逻辑性强、有科研能力的学生比较偏爱。
我们再来看一篇中文介绍：
2、各位老师，早上好。我叫YJBYS，今年刚刚毕业，毕业于xx大学，我主要学的是金融专业。在大学4年里，我学到了很多，参加了各种活动，比如参加了系里组织的金融大赛，在大赛中，我发挥的很好，超过了别的选手，最后我以第一名得到了冠军。在大学4年里，我自学了好多知识，通过自己的学习，我还取得了另外一所大学的英语本科文凭。(诊断：这个学生的能力是很强的，但没有组织好语言，显得比较乱，而且说的太简单)。
我选择考研的原因很简单，我喜欢金融这个行业，我想到更大更正规的公司去上班，我希望通过研究生的学习提升自己的能力，让自己学到更多的知识，为社会做出更多的贡献。
我喜欢钻研，性格开朗，有责任心，我喜欢听课，弹吉他。如果有机会在该校学习，我会努力学习，为将来的职业打下扎实的基础。(诊断：结尾结的比较生硬，就像在背书)
这个学生整篇介绍都比较简单，时间也达不到要求，显得有的仓促，而且在介绍大学生活时只介绍了两件事，其实大学生活4年会学到很多的知识，但他都没有介绍，另外结尾结的太简单，不自然。
在自我介绍中有的学生还会犯一个错误，就是介绍自己看了哪些哪些书，有时就撞到枪口上了，被老师连续发问后很尴尬，所以在自我介绍的时候尽量诚实介绍，不然一个小小的失误就会导致失败。
英文的自我介绍比较简单，1分钟左右就可以了，把自己毕业的院校、专业、喜好、性格、社会实践等说出来就好了，用的词也都是比较常见的，比较易懂的。我们学校英文介绍自己的时候是站着介绍的，最后最好和老师鞠个躬。
自我介绍是直接向别人展示你自己的一种手段，自我介绍说得好不好，直接关系到导师对你的第一印象分，在心理学上称为“首应效应”。在介绍时要把自己的个性展现给老师，要做到诚实有礼貌，这样会博得老师的好感。
英文自我介绍
在自我介绍完了老师就会开始问你问题这里列出一些常见的问题，可以认真准备。注意在准备的过程中，要结合自己的经历和见解来准备答案，让自己回答的问题和整个的自我介绍融为一个整体。要不然很容易被考官抓住把柄，问个没完，很容易因紧张而露出马脚。
在每一年的面试中都会有很多相同的问题，这些问题看起来很平常，却有很多陷阱，一不小心就会被考官抓主小辫子了。回答这些常见的看起来很平常的问题，是很有艺术的。
基本上每个院校每个专业的口试中都会涉及这一方面。考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你的报名表之外的一些信息。自我介绍时间以2-3分钟为宜。思路要清楚，要突出重点，口语尽量流利(不要太流利了，有背诵之嫌)。
1) 考官要求你作自我介绍时，不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重复、啰嗦。开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。
2) 自我介绍的主体内容
① 姓名。介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要准(南方考生要多加注意)。
② 年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(I am XXX, 25 years old)。
③ 原来的院校、专业。注意：一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。 所属的公司、职位。注意：在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明白。
④ 性格、能力。可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的专业有何积极的作用。如果报考的是学术性的专业，可以说自己细心(carefully，detail-oriented)、条理分明(logical)、踏实(steady)等;如果是研究性、应用性更强一点的专业，可以说自己负责(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。
其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容词有：active, aggressive(有进取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主见的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一丝不苟的), temperate等等。
在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.
⑤爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了强调你的学习的重视，同时也要避免给考官一种“书呆子”的感觉。一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的爱好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。
⑥你对报考的专业有兴趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with…)，可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.
3)结束时可以用说：That’s all about me. / Well, that’s who I am. Thanks for your attention.
