　　2016考研落下帷幕，初试的结束意味着接下来的复试该提上日程，和初试相比，复试的不同在于不是绝对化的客观性考试，而是一种面对面的交流，如此一来，一些细节性的东西就凸现出来了，可是在面试的时候，很多同学对这些不够重视，最后影响了成绩，其实这些细节性的东西只要稍加留意和用心，就可以更加完善。

　　接下来，针对英语面试的细节问题进行分析，希望给广大在准备中的学子们带来帮助。

　　首先，从第一出发点的穿着说起，穿着比较忌讳的是过于随意，过于流行的装束。考官都是上年纪的人，所以你最好不要穿得非常前卫。不过也不要过于正式，穿西装、打领带、套装、套裙或者职业装之类的，这个是完全没有必要的。你自己的定位要很清楚--学生。所以穿你平时最为舒服，最常穿的就可以，越简单、越单纯越好，不要弄得很复杂。

　　第二，我们从谈吐方面来讲，一定要不厌其烦。中国有句古话说得好，“礼多人不怪”，不厌其烦的表说礼节性的套话，比如说你进门的时候，你不要一下子就闯进去，都是一个教室考场的，你不要闯进去，一定要先敲门说，我可以进来吗?然后进去以后，说“我可以坐下来吗?老师谢谢您，谢谢您今天过来给我面试，我很感激您，今天过来面试，请问现在可以开始吗?”类似这些语句。再比如说，当老师问你问题的时候，比如：“同学你家在哪儿来的?”你在回答的时候，首先要说感谢老师的提问，然后再回答。一定要记住：礼多人不怪，不要觉得很矫情。在日常的生活里面，如果你这样做，觉得确实很矫情，但是在这样一个极不对称的场合里面，越能够矫情越能够反应你这个人比较谦逊，比较富有一个学生的美德，一般，老师都很喜欢这样的学生，因为读研和本科不一样，读研的时候，师生关系非常亲密，就像一个父子，母子感觉似的很亲密，他是在招自己的半个儿子，半个女儿带的。他们都特别喜欢在人品上，品行上非常好的人，因为大家知道，读研的时候，导师跟你非常亲密的，三年的时间都陪你一起渡过的，说实话，在你毕业之后很多年当中，都不可能割掉这个关系，但是本科不一样，本科的老师你可能都不认识，但是读研的时候老师非常亲密的。

　　第三就是气质上面，一定要保持很饱满的精神状态，并且要表现出十足的自信心。因为大家都知道气质是由内而发的，内在的状态良好则表现给老师的外在一定会给老师留下好的印象。

　　在行为和动作上，一个比较重要的特点，一定要明白自己在紧张的时候，有哪些动作，然后把它戒除掉。因为每个人，在紧张时候都会有自己的行为动作，小动作，比如紧张的时候，会搓手或者揪耳朵之类的这种动作，然后很多人是很不雅的，所以你一定要了解自己的这种下意识动作是什么?这一点要克服掉。
